The four of us came to the establishment, ordered hookah, bern, milkshake, lemonade, bumble coffee, teramisu and brownies, were told to bring drinks immediately, brought brownies, milkshake and hookah in 15 minutes, forgot about the rest, the waiter passed by casually and we specified how long our other drinks would be in response, we did not receive a clear answer on the time of delivery, and "well, soon" came up after half an hour, they asked if we didn't want anything else, we said that they hadn't brought us most of the order yet, they said they would bring it now, they forgot again after 20 minutes they called the waiter, duplicated the order, eventually they brought everything, but about the teramis again They forgot (they never brought it) We were served by 3 waiters in an hour and a half, but unfortunately we did not see the service. There are no questions about the hookah, the hookah man worked as he should, took into account everything he was told, the hookah man was good, the brownie was delicious, but the service was at zero The situation was similar at the next table.

A week ago, we celebrated a birthday at the Station One Cafe.The atmosphere and cuisine of the restaurant caused complete delight, the dishes were very tasty and well-made. We would like to thank the waiters Yana and Pavel separately. The guys work as well as possible, they are very polite, funny and talkative, they made our mood on a special day much better. The guys paid special attention, were interested in many points, and helped us with all the questions we were interested in. The only disadvantage of the establishment is the administration's extremely strange attitude towards the waiters, not a single institution noticed that the waiters began to scold and shout about their duties in the hall in front of the guests, given that the guys did their job very well. Despite this, we are very grateful for the excellent service from Pavel and Yana this evening.
