Very disappointing delivery experience with Starex. The courier called only two minutes before arriving at around 8 PM, when I was home alone with a small child. I simply couldn’t get outside that fast because I needed to dress my child first. And he refused to come upstairs to the apartment. Instead of being understanding, the courier said, “Do you even need your order?” and when I explained that it’s impossible to get a small child ready in two minutes, he replied, “Well, goodbye then,” and cancelled the delivery. I strongly do not recommend using this company’s services.

I fell for the bad reviews and got upset. Because at the time of arrival, the parcel was not in the country. But in the end, everything was clear, I called, got through, clarified, they told me to drive up, there is a wonderful office where I received my parcel in a minute.

It works like this. The courier calls you 2 minutes before delivery, and if you don't make it, you'll receive your parcel for a month. She's in the warehouse, you can't go there, you can't make a phone call, they say they can't help in the office, and they can't call the warehouse.
