Charging with a specific 21V connector for a vacuum cleaner has stopped working. The seller sold it to me at 25V, assuring me that the adapter would equalize the voltage and the vacuum cleaner would charge. The vacuum cleaner is burnt out. In general, I do not advise you to buy anything there without an electrical engineer you know. In a desire to cash in on pennies, the consultant was solely responsible for the complete breakdown of the vacuum cleaner for 18,000 lira.
