From the moment we arrived, it became clear that this establishment struggles with even the most basic standards of dining. We ordered a tomato soup and a risotto — dishes that, in any competent kitchen, should be nearly impossible to ruin. The tomato soup was a startling disappointment, resembling little more than heated ketchup diluted with cream. The risotto, meanwhile, was inexplicably sour and bitter — a fundamental misstep in both balance and technique. When this was brought to the manager’s attention, we were told that this was “as intended,” which raises serious concerns about the kitchen’s understanding of these classic dishes. The service only compounded the experience: orders were confused, dishes were forgotten, and the overall coordination appeared nonexistent. To conclude the evening, we waited nearly thirty minutes simply to settle the bill. Altogether, this was a deeply underwhelming and poorly managed dining experience that fails on both culinary and service levels. Not recommended.

The worst restaurant experience I’ve had. The staff lied about tables being reserved, refused to seat us properly, and behaved in an arrogant and openly rude way. It felt like only Georgian guests were truly welcome here. Absolutely not recommended.

Stamba in Tbilisi - stylish space in the building of the printing house: cool interiors, atrium with garden, you can just take a walk. The cafe has excellent coffee and chocolate from its workshop, there are Georgian and European dishes. There's also a bookstore, a museum, and a library. The service is slow in places, but the atmosphere is worth it. I definitely recommend it!

We decided to go to a cafe that was very popular today and regretted it. A completely ordinary cafe-eatery with an open veranda, but the truth is located in a very atmospheric hotel. Inside, the tables are supposedly only for hotel guests (according to the hostesses), and guests from the street are invited to wait until seats are available on the veranda. You need to try very hard to catch the waiter, otherwise you can wait 40 minutes just to bring the menu. They communicate "off the hook." The vegetarian borscht turned out to be so spicy that it was impossible to eat. When they asked for a replacement, the waiter began to insist that "he should be like this, the cook tried it and it wasn't spicy" and at first said that we would include it in the bill anyway. After asking to call the administrator, they replaced the borscht with pasta, which turned out to be more or less edible. Only the payment was taken away quickly and without unnecessary reminders. The food itself is tasteless, I do not recommend the establishment.

Well, okay, we're waiting. The drinks arrived. After about 20 minutes, they started bringing food. One dish at a time. They didn't remember who ordered what, so the submission was like a lottery. "Is this for you?" "no" and so on. As a result, three dishes were brought instead of the four ordered. When asked where my food is, the answer is "cooking." Then they came over and asked me what I had ordered. They were surprised and left. In the end, everyone ate and drank everything, but they didn't bring me anything.. He asked for an invoice without my order. They brought it, not forgetting to include the 18% service fee. No one even apologized, not to mention anything else. As a result, he left hungry, having paid a substantial bill. I do not recommend anyone to visit this institution. If they had apologized, I would not have written anything, but apparently the rules in this institution do not allow waiters and administrators to admit their mistakes and make changes.
