I want to share my negative experience when ordering an entrance door in the Steel Line in Brest, June 2026. Since my husband and I are moving into a new building, the timing of the door's manufacture and delivery were important. At the first consultation, the deadline was set for a month and a half, when preparing the invoice for payment, two months were verbally announced, and after payment, three months were specified in the contract itself. The employee assured me that this was a convention. Two months later, an employee sent us information that the door was ready. But the delivery to Brest will be in 2 weeks. The question arises as to how much the Contractor respects the time and money of his Client. Nowadays, in the modern economy, logistics is set up very quickly. For example, the finished product can be delivered from Russia in 2-3 days. It turns out that the Steel Line stretches intra-republican transportation for 14 days. I would like to ask the question of the "Steel Line" - who will compensate us for our missed opportunities.

I contacted the Steel Line, I liked everything, the managers told me everything, showed me. The doors are high-quality, and more expensive than anywhere else, but the doors are cool, beautiful, and my wife is delighted. The installers are generally good guys, they brought it themselves, removed the old one, installed it, foamed it up, and cleaned it up. I recommend it to everyone. Ordered in December 2024
