You know, we have to come to this. I'm here. I decided to stop buying cheap shoes, or relatively cheap ones. Winter came, I bought sneakers (yes, for the promotion, but for me this is the amount). I walk around happy. I want to take summer ones here too. Consultants don't bother you with "how can I help?", which is rather good. In the summer, we once bought flip-flops - they helped us there on request. Therefore, come in and use all the bonuses (and there they are, they will tell you how to save money). And I'll come in. Pre-models, reviews, and prices can be viewed in the app or on the website.

There is no service. We were choosing sneakers for my husband. Couldn't find the right size. Consultants are walking around somewhere and no one will even offer help until you approach them. But as soon as they decided on the choice, the girl consultant ran up and said that she would take the box of shoes to the cashier. She put the shoes in a row with other shoes at the checkout, but she didn't deign to say anything to the cashier girl. As a result, we were looking for where our sneakers were. The cashier offered to issue a bonus card 3 times, although her husband immediately told her that she did not need it. She didn't offer the package. Only, when they asked about the package themselves, she said that the package was paid, she did not say the cost.

I went to a sportswear store, where, surprisingly, the range of sportswear is very scarce. We wanted to buy something from the adidas brand for our daughter, but we found only a pair of sandals with a strange style. Cougar is also not happy, there are very few brand clothes. The rest of the companies are generally terrible, out of fashion cut, second-rate quality and biting prices.

I bought shoes for myself and my son, the shoes fit me, he put them on once and they turned out to be uncomfortable, there are slight scuffs on the sole of the heel, otherwise everything is perfect, you can see in the photo. We contacted the store to return the shoes, but the seller refused to return them.

We ordered the product, a message came that we could pick it up, they came, they searched for it for an hour, and they found it, we'll call you back, they're still calling, then it turned out that they raised the price, so they lost it, I don't recommend this store

A large sports store. Original product, well-known brands. What is missing is the service. There seems to be a lot of staff, but if there is a question, or there is no price tag, or you need to consult, it can turn into a worthwhile quest. I left twice without buying, just because I couldn't get a consultation. The sellers were only visible at the checkout, but there was a long queue.

A great store, and the best alternative to mysport in terms of clothing. I often go to them for TERMIT clothes. I haven't bought anything in the shoe category yet. I am glad that discounts and the customer's card often give pleasant bonuses. And also excellent rag bags-bags for 70 kopecks. 😀

I will say right away that I am a shoddy buyer of this network. However, after buying a coat for 400 rubles, I was confused by the cashier's question about whether I needed a package. What do you mean? Should I carry my coat in my hands? They're not gloves. Having said that a package is needed, they sell it to me.... I'm shocked. I absolutely do not feel sorry for these kopecks, but!!! The purchase amount is not small and this attitude of the store to customers gives reason to wonder if they need buyers

The sellers are as incompetent as possible, they don't know what they have in stock and what they don't have, they don't know where it is. I had to ask three sellers about the availability of football leggings. One girl says they don't exist at all, the second says she doesn't know, she needs to look at the website and order from there, the third girl finds them in the store. In general, a nightmare !
