The storage rooms don't work, the locks are broken, there's always some kind of repair during the store's operation, you can't get through, the noise, the fitting rooms were done half the winter (2 pieces). Not pleasant, not responsive staff.

The service at the checkout is terrible. There is only one cash register. They get distracted by anything, then to bring socks, then they pick at the customers' phone for 5 minutes, installing the app for them, and the long queue, as a result, did not move anywhere.
