By the way, the sea view is a very big word) This is mainly a view of the poultry farm :)) Unfortunately, dishes are not provided in the rooms, Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby, there is no TV (if that's important to you). There is a canteen where you can buy a Soviet-era school breakfast for an additional fee: sausage, casserole, eggs.By the way, get ready to live surrounded by children's sports teams)Running through the corridors, tough coaches with generals' voices, formations, roll calls, farewell bonfires, etc. The sea is excellent, although with waves. The exit to it is also not very equipped yet, there are not even stairs to go down: it is not recommended with children. But in general, the place is very secluded, with cute funny art objects on the embankment. The nearest cafe is 700 meters away, open from 8 am. There is a good assortment, even cocktails (we recommend the local Cosmopolitan), right along the embankment, it's easy to walk, there are also a couple of coffee stalls. Near the local recreation center, a 10-minute walk away there are shops with a simple assortment, an A-mobile kiosk, pharmacies and an Ahra cafe, very simple. There's another burger joint, we haven't been there.The cafe on the beach is much better) The whole party is at the main Pearl, there is also another cafe "Volna" with a questionable assortment, you can buy excursions or rent saps. In general, Ochamchira is a place for those who love peace and quiet. Definitely not here for entertainment)

We had a vacation with my husband in early September 2022, on the advice of an acquaintance. Spacious room, snow-white linen, towels. The balcony! He went out to sea with us) we had dinner on the balcony, admiring the sunset, listening to the lapping of the waves. There was something like a farm nearby, and roosters could also be heard from the surrounding houses, but not very loudly. The beach is 30m away, right in front of the building it is black sand, we walked a little further towards the center. There are pebbles, but the bottom is sandy. There are few people on the beach. You can eat as it is more convenient for anyone: cook in the kitchen yourself, buy breakfast, lunch or dinner in the dining room, go to the surrounding cafes. We went to the very center (5 minutes) in Ahra. We ate homemade khinkali, shish kebab, meat in Abkhazian, a boat and many others. Other. The shops have local drinks: soda, wine, beer. There are sun beds in the Pearl, you can take them freely. There is a place to wash the sand off your feet. Secure parking. Toilet paper, cooler on the ground floor. Among the disadvantages: a refrigerator shared by 26 rooms, thin, with balls of rolled filler, pillows, ants, a bad drain in the stall. Nearby there are caves Otapa Head and Abrskil, Hot springs! Everything is very beautiful and impressive) There are more waterfalls, but we couldn't get to them. In general, we are happy with our stay here, we wish the Pearl prosperity and development!
