She completed the "Start" course at Spirant Studio. What can I say... Disappointed... The fact that classes are over. Studying is difficult, tedious, and not interesting, but not here. Here, acting, public speaking, choreography and plastic skills were studied in a playful, role-playing form. I waited every week for the class to start. It was fun and interesting. Yes, it's not always easy, but that's exactly what I came for: to learn what doesn't work. The cool thing is, the jitters and stage fright are gone. Specifically, self-confidence and self-love have increased. There was clarity of speech, the ability to express their thoughts clearly, to convince. Now you can defend yourself in the clinic and queues without fear)) The teachers were well chosen. I met Homel actresses Lilia Zorina and Lilia Gosteva. How talented they are! Looking at their work up close... wow. Still impressed. We tried several types of dances with Dmitry Pavlov. I liked it very much, EACH of the teachers is quite flexible: they took into account the characteristics of each, adjusted, prompted, or, conversely, did not touch. Each lesson is not just about some movements, it's about life hacks, tips, and professional secrets. That's cool. I can definitely say that I didn't waste my time. Thanks! I had a great time, got a lot of new information (for me, it was a brain explosion, my mind was feverishly improvising, my body was happy to accept everything as a game). I was 53 years old at the time of my studies and I didn't regret coming. I worked out lips, mouth, breathing, facial expressions, body, and memory (I thought how one could memorize such a complex tongue twister - it turned out to be both possible and easy. You can also use this tongue twister to express emotions - for example, to swear or show love - all thanks to our talented teachers). It was one of the stages of my development for me. Thank you to everyone who was there.

The course program is a real discovery: 1. Here you can learn how to switch emotional states arbitrarily in seconds. After all, if it usually seems difficult, then for actors such switching is just a professional skill. It's easy to imagine how useful this is at work and in everyday life. 2. Communication skills are developed, the ability to speak from different roles and internal states. 3. During the exercise, the feeling of awkwardness disappears without a trace, like morning fog. 4. Tasks and exercises are logically and practically structured. 5. I would like to note the friendly, supportive atmosphere and the high professionalism of the teachers (who are professional theater actors).
