We returned from the Sled a couple of days ago. Wonderful rest, quiet, calm, beautiful, delicious!!! The hotel staff is responsive, and any issues that arise were resolved promptly. The weather let us down a little, out of 7 days of arrival there is only 1 day of sunshine. The rooms are clean, the pools are clean and warm! The dining room is clean too!!!! And they are not even allowed to go into the dining room with large bags, so that food is not dragged around the rooms, animals are not bred, and this is the right decision. With such a nutrition program, there is simply no time to get hungry, eating without stopping. My daughter and I had 3 meals a day, we didn't go for snacks, but they were definitely there: cotton candy, pizza, burgers, fries, ice cream, pastries, red and white wine, beer. The spa center is a special zone of bliss!!! Swimming pool, hammam, sauna, herbal tea, oxygen cocktail . We went for spa treatments and massages. All the experts who got the masters of their craft!!! Thank you so much for relaxing, stretching, in general, we are very pleased that we got into your hands!!! We definitely plan to return. A little bit about the sad: During my week at the hotel, I saw only 5 people who washed their hands before visiting the dining room. I'm surprised that people often write about rotavirus and blame anyone but themselves for it. The second point is that after visiting a sauna or hammam, many visitors ignore the shower and go straight to the pool without taking a hygienic shower, although there are signs everywhere reminding them of this. Perhaps adding staff who could keep an eye on it (as in the cafeteria with bags) would solve the problem.

The staff is friendly,helpful,always helpful, animators are children's lighters) When the sea was restless, we went to the Spa, the pool was gorgeous, the water was +30. We went for a massage . Cosmetologist Renata, thank you very much, I had a great pleasure, you have a magical office) The outdoor pool is a different story. It's very difficult to take children away from there, if it were possible to swim 24 hours a day, they wouldn't get out of there. The only disadvantage is that there is no person at sea who looks after the swimmers.(the lifeguard) When the sea is rough, our people still go into the water, even with children, without fear of anything.(it's creepy to look at) The territory is clean and well maintained, there are covered gazebos where you can hide from the sun, a lot of hanging chairs, benches, you can sit anywhere and enjoy the birds)) and the sea. Buffet: food for every gourmet) There is a separate children's menu, lean, meat, red, white wine,juices,compotes to choose from We lived in the 1st building on the 5th floor: what a view of the sea there is mmmmm....beauty. The room is clean,bright,cleaned every day at will, the bed is changed every other day, refrigerator,TV.....in general, there is everything you need to relax. A gorgeous spa Hotel! The food is varied!!! 3 meals a day - buffet! Everything is very tasty and homemade! Booze from 10 a.m. - wine, chacha, beer!! I'll come again! Cleaned every day, after 3 days clean linen, bathrobes and towels! 2 swimming pools, one heated outdoors, the other in the spa complex, there are also saunas and spa treatments!!! I recommend it to everyone, you won't regret it!!! We were in May - the sea was cold, but it was not necessary, there was always something to do (spa, different programs every day - yoga, exercise, discos, bunker games, mafia). Downstairs there is table tennis, billiards, air hockey.Beautiful territory, everything is well maintained, clean, I would give 5* to this hotel!

We just got back from the Sled. A wonderful Spa salon. Cosmetology, massage, baths, everything you need for a great holiday, especially in rainy weather. We did massages, excellent professionals, I know, because I regularly go for massages. Many thanks to Irina from my back.! Prices are slightly higher than at home, but quite affordable. And what a wonderful atmosphere - everything is new, clean and beautiful, candles, music, complete relaxation. The gym is also very decent, there is everything you need for cardio and strength training, 2 gyms. The pool is quite large, sauna, hammam, oxygen cocktails, herbal teas. In short, I highly recommend it! We really enjoyed it! Thank you to all the girls for your work!

Excellent Spa center at the Nart Hotel. There is a huge swimming pool, sauna and hammam. I really liked it I've done foot massage several times. I really liked it. Massage therapists work great. Excellent complex. There is everything you need. The sea is right under the windows. The view from the rooms is simply gorgeous: mountains on one side and the sea on the other. We're thrilled, whatever. The food is delicious, and there is plenty of variety, except for fruits and berries. There are 2 pools - indoor in the spa complex and outdoor, both excellent. There were animators too, entertaining and stirring people up every day, and every day there is a different program. There is a food truck where you can have a snack: cotton candy, popcorn, waffles, French fries, cutlets in dough. Beer and wine to your heart's content, they drank, they didn't get poisoned)) There is also a cafe where you can eat ice cream and all kinds of sweet pastries with coffee. And all this is included in the price. The room was nice and clean. TV, safe, refrigerator. The conder was working. There were no problems with hot water or electricity. We cleaned every other day, changed linen and towels, and left 1.5 liters of water at each cleaning. The territory is always clean and tidy, there are many shops. There is a mini bar, bartenders on Vibe)) Sun beds and umbrellas are free of charge. There is also a boot rental, a tour desk, a children's playground, a tennis court, a game area, a souvenir and accessories shop, and a medical center. The sea was clear when it was calm. But with strong waves near the shore, the water is dirty, there is garbage and a lot of corpses of jellyfish. On the downside: there are a couple of dogs roaming the territory, but they are calm. People take sun beds in the morning with towels and go for breakfast, you have to look for a place in the shade under an umbrella. The doors in the rooms are thin, there is a gap under the doors, and the audibility is strong. In general, everything is fine, we liked it, we will come again))

We visited this complex for the New Year. It is located on the territory of an excellent hotel. There is a large swimming pool, it is convenient that only one track is stretched. You feel free when you swim. The Russian bath is normal, the hammam is weak. There is a gym. It's a great place for Abkhazia.

A normal hotel! It's a beautiful territory, just like in the whole of Abkhazia. The buffet is not very diverse, but what is prepared is quite tasty. I'm canceling the check-in because of the staff!!!! I'm not one of those people who likes to lie at my feet and smile, everything is in moderation, but what I faced at Nart is too much - all the staff from the buffet to the SPA with such a face walks and communicates and answers questions as if I'm an uninvited guest in their house! Not a single friendly face in a week , not a single solved problem without a haughty tone ! What is this? 😅 we had a rest together , 2 rooms for a family , not a small amount of money ( 24 thousand With a penny number) and such an attitude !
