We had a vacation in March 2026 with friends. Everything seems to be not bad, the only thing when we rested was the very tired rooms of the old building, which should have been updated a long time ago, especially the furniture. But the most unpleasant thing is that money was stolen from our safe - 500 euros. It would be useless to declare, it is impossible to prove! But when we had already left, our friends called us and said that 500 euros had been stolen from them! We didn't tell them about our theft, but it turns out that there is a group of thieves working in the hotel- maids who are rummaging through the safes, it was through the safes that we had the money and they had it in the safe! And the administrators help them in this gang-watering can, because they are the only ones who have spare keys to the safes! The maids and receptionists at this hotel "earn" a lot! Please note that you can't keep money in the safe there! Of course, this is a big stain on the good staff of the hotel from several fraudsters. Keep all this in mind!!!

A great hotel, so to speak, on the second line from the springs. Good procedures.there is a small, but private pool. You can sit in the sauna. Comfortable rooms with underfloor heating in the bathroom. A snow-white bathrobe and slippers are waiting for each guest. The rooms are great, the beds are comfortable. Meals for 4+, but there was not enough coffee and at least some small dessert for lunch.

We have rested at this hotel many times. Calm, quiet, clean. We managed to do all the procedures before lunch. The staff is very polite. Good location. Beautiful view from the window of the Orthodox church of Peter and Paul.

Of course, they add something, but you almost have to fight for fruits and salads. Breakfast starts at 8 and there is no fruit at 8-15.I ask if they will, they say no. How not? Everyone pays for food and all the time there were complaints that visitors eat a lot. The power supply is poorly calculated. In all hotels, if they have eaten, they immediately take out a new portion. But! The food is delicious, everything is homemade! There are no complaints here! Very nice girls who fuss all the time in the restaurant! And also, if you are going to go now, first specify the procedures that interest you. There is no Charcot shower, underwater massage shower, cosmetologist. This is basically what I was driving for besides water. There is a tourist fee, but it does not depend on the hotel. The hotel can help you rent a bike, so if you plan to take your uniform and helmet with you. There is a hammam and a sauna with a swimming pool. Book in advance so that you have time to warm up! The medical staff are all well done! They run between the offices like clockwork, they do everything in time. There have been cuts at the hotel. Therefore, this is the situation. Finally, a question about cleaning, in 21 days I had towels changed 1 time and bed linen changed 1 time. Of course, they don't wipe the dust. Why clean if all the cleaning consists of folding the blanket on the bed. An honest review.

I liked everything. Everything is available for the sanatorium, procedures, meals, resort springs, the famous springs 13 (beer) and 14 (Becherovka) are beyond praise). There is nothing to compare it with, but experienced people say that in neighboring sanatoriums the procedures are 10-15 minutes longer.
