Worst experience ever, the flight was delayed for 3 hours without informing us or sending any email. We found out after we arrived to the airport. Then they let us wait for one more hour to get on the plane. And one more hour in the plane before even boarding, and some people had kids who got so tired because of all the waiting . I won’t travel with them again at all. So annoying!

Disgusting airlines. They refused me of onboarding and their refund claim is just impossible. Their website is completely broken and it simply puts walls to avoid giving refund. Their bank BIC accepts only numbers when it must be alphanumeric. Their form is full of bugs and stoppers so they never refund you. Disgusting culture, disgusting experience, disgusting everything.

The airline is good, the staff is polite, the plane is big, the seats are very comfortable, the pilots are Russian.✅⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️‍🔥🔥❤️⚡️💪 Development and success.
