I visited SOHO on a weekday and was left with a complete positive impression. I really liked how the waiter, Ekaterina, greeted me. She was very attentive and, please note, immediately told me about the 30% discount on the kitchen on weekdays from 18:00-20:00. Philadelphia light rolls are very tasty. I've been here for a gastrofest and a couple of times just with friends. Beautiful interior especially on the veranda, pleasant atmosphere and music, courteous staff, fast (!) serving of dishes, comfortable places for visitors, a ladies' room also without any questions. A bar in the city center, convenient location and parking nearby.

And the questions are not complicated, for example, based on the photos provided below, you can and should ask questions about ingredients that were frankly missing, because we pay money for this and have the right to be outraged that our portions were not full and did not look like in the photo. And I would like to send greetings to the manager Shkudnova Yu.A. and remind you that since you provided a photo of the dish, and did not indicate that it might differ from what is served, then I have the right to demand as a replacement, a commensurate reduction in price, as well as a full refund. But alas, it was simply not possible to talk to your administrator, the suppliers did not bring him the greens, and that's all, eat what they gave. I also advise the manager to read about cupcake and sponge cake, otherwise, according to her, it's the same thing. In general, after responding to our review, it became even nastier than it was before. I hope the owner reads and draws conclusions about his staff and how staff is destroying his business.

We went great the first time. Delicious cocktails, good face control. We recently arrived without a table reservation. I was after work, my back and legs hurt, but in general it doesn't matter. I sat down on the stage for the presenter (under the stairs) and the guard chased me away. Although, it was possible to calmly suggest moving to the windowsill, and not rudely and dryly drive away. I think it's okay, I went to the bar for a cocktail (there are few bar stools, there are no seats) and stood at the counter and waited for a cocktail. The second bartender flew up and rudely told me to go the other way (where???). I understand that we are all human, we all get tired.. but where is the calm tone and customer orientation? I'm not conflicted. If I say it calmly, then I'll move and be done with it. The result: a negative mood and went home in half an hour. In general, when there is a top table. But without a table, they will kick you, as long as they don't turn around under your feet. It was such a shame that I'm unlikely to come again, even though the institution itself is very nice.
