I recently celebrated my birthday at this institution, and it was a great decision! 🎉 The cuisine is just great – all the dishes were incredibly delicious and fresh. The hookahs were also great, the selection was great, and the taste was just wonderful. Speaking of the atmosphere, it's really very cozy and comfortable here. The staff was polite and attentive, they made our holiday even more memorable. The presenter gave unforgettable emotions. All in all, a great choice for a celebration! We visited this institution for the second time, two years later, we thought everything would be fine this time, but we were very wrong. Unfortunately, the level of service is very low. The presence of a gastrofest did not fix the establishment. All the dishes were served separately for 90 minutes, and most importantly, all the dishes were cold (julienne, pork, etc.). I thought the coffee would be cold, but no - it was the only hot and without sugar. They asked us to move to the cold veranda, assuring us that it was warm there. They shouldn't have agreed, but the failure broke through the "bottom" level.The heaters are at +16 and it's cold in the legs. The administrator level is just rude. There is no wardrobe in the establishment and guests are forced to place clothes in the area of tables on hangers, most likely this is the dining room level. Cold food in a cold place!!!
