There was a slight delay in checking into the hotel — we were given a room of the wrong category that we had booked. I was already upset, I thought I'd have to swear at the reception. But I wrote to our agent, and she took over everything. I contacted the hotel myself, sorted out the issue, and an hour later we were given the keys to a luxury room with a bonus in the form of a bottle of wine from the hotel. It generally works like an IT company in Yandex. Maps. If you want to save your time, don't even go there! My documents were corrected online 2 times, then I came to the office for the original documents, and there are 2 in them again!!!! Mistakes.... Stupid.. date of birth and passport series, no.... If I hadn't checked, there would have been problems checking in... more. We agreed that the corrected documents would be brought home to me in 3 days, today is 19.00 on 13.08, we will fly out at 7.00 on 15.08, those are already 2 days... But there are no documents. At the same time, they promised to book seats in the cabin of the aircraft, but they delayed until tonight... They said that everyone remembers... I went to Belavia myself and it turned out that the good seats were already occupied...I booked the bad ones, not the ones we wanted, but at least by the window... and they call me and say they've booked these seats for me... In short, if you want problems, you need to contact this agency!! Moreover.... Today... we left the documents with all the personal data in the entrance, like they didn't get through to us. Although there wasn't even a call. As it turned out later, the documents were left under the door of the wrong apartment, fortunately.. The neighbors are good, they unsubscribed and returned everything...
