Overall, a decent cafe to take a break from whatever. I visit this place a couple times a week for a late lunch. So far the experience is pleasant. The meals are good, although the menu is pricey - for example coffee is roughly 1.35 the price of another coffee shop nearby. The staff was very attentive to me. To be more specific, I would note Meri for creating a welcoming atmosphere on every visit. I don’t care much about the interior polish - it’s not off-putting or anything, and that is sufficient. It may be packed during certain times of day. Many folks with laptops, too.

It's a very pleasant place, I often come here after work. But today there was a situation that I want to describe here. My review will not be so much about the unpleasant situation that I will describe, but rather about how the restaurant solved it. I ordered a bowl with salad and during the meal I found a live worm on the plate. Apparently, the problem was not the freshness of the food, but the fact that the lettuce leaves were not thoroughly washed. It was clearly a leafworm. Of course, it wasn't a very pleasant moment. But I would like to mention the work of the restaurant's team separately. The staff immediately apologized, without arguing or trying to justify themselves. I was fully refunded the cost of the dish, and also offered dessert as a compliment from the establishment. And for this quick decision, I especially thank Mary. Mistakes can happen in any restaurant, especially when fresh vegetables and herbs are used. For me, the quality indicator is not the absence of problems at all, but how they are solved. In this case, the situation was resolved quickly, correctly and with respect for the guest, which is not the case in every restaurant in Yerevan. Thanks to the Puff Pastry team for their professional approach. I would really like this level of service to be the norm for restaurants in Armenia.

They ruined Easter. We took a lemon cake for 12k drams, after looking at their Instagram. Dried up, as if it had been baked for Armenian Easter a week ago, the lemon filling is some kind of acidic chemical substance that doesn't even smell like citrus. And in general, the cut doesn't even look close to what they show on Instagram, but it wouldn't be a problem if the cake was edible.

The place itself is visually pleasing, the renovation is good, but the kitchen leaves much to be desired. Pizza can hardly be called pizza — the level clearly does not meet expectations. However, the main problem is not the food, but the staff. And it's not about one employee, but about the whole team as a whole. Such an attitude towards the guests is simply unacceptable. Before writing this review, I gave the institution three chances — unfortunately, the situation has not changed. I highly do not recommend it. Start changing staff))

I come here in the evenings. Because cappuccino has the taste of coffee and the aroma, not the coffee drink. The ice cream is super, not the taste of fruit ice with dyes and the scent of perfumes, but ice cream with the taste of cream. It's nice to sit both inside at a table and outside.

This cafe is just a nightmare in terms of cleanliness. It feels like they haven't cleaned there since last year. The floor is sticky and stained, as if someone spilled something and no one even tried to wipe it up. The tables are dirty, with traces of crumbs, greasy stains, and sticky napkins from previous visitors. It's unpleasant to sit at such a table, and even more so to eat. The dishes are generally a separate story, there was a dried piece of something on the fork that we definitely didn't order, and the glass smelled strange, as if it had just been rinsed, not mine.The whole cafe is covered in cobwebs, the refrigerator is covered in dirt. In the pictures that I attached, everything is visible there!!!!!

There was no trace of the old Puff Pastry. - Coffee is a complete disappointment. It tastes like cheap robusta, the temperature is "barely warm", not hot. - Music - it used to be a pleasant ambient, now it's playing something farty and cheap, like you're in a roadside diner. - The toilet is dirty and something is always broken off somewhere What is still encouraging: the rolls and cheesecakes are still on top. There's a food menu, but! it is only in Armenian (in other cafes with the same price segment, the menu is at least bilingual), and is made on cheap materials that are out of the style of the institution. It seems as if this branch was bought out by a "bandit from the 90s": savings on everything and a complete lack of concern for the old atmosphere.

We came in after seeing the 4.9 rating. I must say right away - nothing corresponds to this rating. But the BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT here is THE SERVICE. Disgustingly incompetent co-workers who don't give a damn about customers at all. We ordered scrambled eggs, which were served for 45 minutes. When 30 days had passed, we asked when it would be, and they answered: "When the kitchen is up, we'll bring it." They asked to clear the table, but they hadn't cleaned it for a hundred years. The girl at the checkout probably only greets and smiles for the money. In general, if you are reading this, then you clearly need to pay attention to the staff if you do not want to lose customers. And the prices, of course, are terribly high and do not match the quality.

The service went bad. There used to be very cool and warm guys. Now there is complete indifference, and sometimes even deception of clients in some minor details. For example, when I asked to pour coffee in a mug instead of takeaway cups, I was told that there were no clean mugs. Then I heard that one employee told another not to take out clean mugs now, because they had already told me that they were not there. The employee thought that I did not know the Armenian language. As for baking, it has become mediocre. I used to love pate very much, but now it has not been on the menu for a long time. In general, they refused to go to this institution at all.

I visited this coffee shop in the absence of others and on the recommendation of friends. I usually take my coffee with me and move on. We looked in at 8:20 - the staff says, oh, the coffee machine hasn't warmed up yet - well, okay, I think we'll wait 10 minutes, as a rule, this time is always enough for this procedure. At 8:35 a.m., the car is not ready yet... after waiting so long, I decided to see how it would end when it would be possible to order coffee, as a result, the first sip of cappuccino was taken at 8:55. Terrible approach to work, I give 1 star for this attitude. I won't go there anymore on principle.

Almond croissant with cherries is delicious. In general, almost all of their pastries are excellent. If another barista were replaced by someone who knows how to make all these cocktails and coffee, it would be a great place.

This is not the first time we have tried to understand and appreciate the popularity of this institution, but each time we become more and more disappointed. There are no questions about the interior-everything is very nice and cozy. But there are questions about the content. The price and quality do not match. The prices are too high, the coffee is tasteless, the sandwiches have more bread than the filling itself, the croissants are too sweet (although it will be great for those with a sweet tooth).I agree with the previous comments about the lack of a showcase: pizzas and other pastries are lying in an open space - one awkward movement of the head of a person who is interested in the customer's choice, and a hair from his head (you can substitute anything here) already decorates the food. The flies are there too. All this should be under glass. From the last one: we bought 2 ciabatta with meat to take away (they just say Chiabatta with beef). We didn't pay attention to the fact that they differ visually in size from each other - but you never know what reason there is, if the gram is the same, then so be it. In fact, they found out at home that only one was with meat, and the second ciabatta was with baked vegetables and there was no smell of meat there. It's delicious too, yes. But I wanted it with meat, and it was like a meat meal, but alas and ah.You need to be more careful with the markings.

It is difficult to assess. It is quite possible to put 5 for baking. It's very tasty, although it's too sweet for me, with a lot of things. But coffee is just a disaster: I took espresso and latte, I didn't like anything. The latte is still back and forth, the espresso is kind of watery and apart from bitterness, nothing is felt in the taste. It seems either the grain is bad or there is something wrong with the cooking process.
