Cafe Slavia is a bohemian cafe without too much pathos, a traditional meeting place for actors and writers since 1881. A leisurely atmosphere, soft music, a gorgeous view through the huge windows of the Vltava River. In addition to excellent coffee, you can drink decent absinthe, eat excellent pancakes, fried almonds and strudel. The signature (historical) drink is coffee with absinthe. It is better to book a table in advance if you do not want to stand in line waiting for boarding.
