If you don't want to, don't take it, in my opinion, calculate the cost of work and materials for installing a fireplace, as a service stated on the website. Ok. I called again, this time to buy just a fireplace, without installation. I was talking to another person. I asked to reset the link to the Epip in order to pay, respectively, too, to FORGET. I also asked the head to contact me, I wanted to discuss all issues with him, before writing complaints to the CMC - it is clear that no one was interested in this either. To the feedback about the rudeness on the part of the staff (some), I agree. completely. Why do business and mislead people if things are not actually being done. It's a pity for the time spent and the trip to their warehouse in the city center (which is also extremely inconvenient). Yes, I also made an application through their online store, I thought that maybe someone would contact me, too, silence. Probably for the best, this is why I did not encounter delivery, as we wrote above. It is probably worth writing to the authorities to sort out this incomprehensible seller, so that people do not waste time in vain.
