The staff is friendly. There are no complaints about the cleanliness of the room (including towels and pastel). During the day, the room is cleaned, the pastels are covered, which is also nice. Those who like to bring a free souvenir from the hotel will receive disposable slippers. Breakfast is organized in a cafe next to the hotel, but for this you need to take a voucher at the reception. Portioned breakfasts to choose from: scrambled eggs, omelets, pancakes, boiled eggs, breakfast cereals. Unfortunately, oatmeal porridge is not offered for breakfast. The default breakfast is supplemented with a choice of tea or coffee and two sandwiches (white bread + cheese + butter; black bread + sausage) with yogurt. In general, the breakfast is dense in terms of volume and calories. I liked the coffee too. There was only one disadvantage for me: I could hear everything that was happening at the door of the next room. The reason: the standard rooms are located so that they have one common vestibule for 2 rooms. The entrance doors to the room have low noise insulation, and everything that happens in the vestibule feels like it's right in your room. Perhaps there is no such problem in the rooms of the class above, because there is no vestibule there either. Overall, I am satisfied with the hotel. I wish you development!

Cozy, the room is clean. Minimum stock of toiletries, disposable slippers, TV, wi-fi. Refrigerator, set of dishes. Nice wide bed, air conditioning. The breakfast is delicious. There is hot water in the cooler, a tea bag and a candy bar as a compliment from the hotel. There is a library with books and board games. Cafe downstairs, 10% discount for residents. Apart from the small shoals, it's a very good place. I recommend it!

Yes, the first floor is a banquet noise before 23:00, a dance hall in the basement. Then it's fine, but to be honest, it didn't really bother. But consider who is with children under 6 years old. The hotel may expand soon, so the noise is hardly relevant in six months. Important: you need to pour the soap into the dispenser, the composition is too diluted there, this is unexpected. There are also all sorts of little things like light doors, but they are not essential, it is a very comfortable and tidy place.

The hotel is located in a residential area in an old dormitory. It's a long way from the center, but there is a lot of transport and the area is quiet, there are shops nearby. The hotel is undergoing renovation, it is very noisy, the sounds of a hammer drill, the conversations of workers. There is a restaurant and a bar on the ground floor, the music is blaring until 23 pm. We had a two-room suite on the 1st floor (room 8). The windows looked directly onto the dorm's porch. The room itself is quite tired: the door to the room is broken, the floors are creaking, the roller blinds are torn, they do not rise, the refrigerator is rattling. The flush button in the toilet was not working, water was constantly flowing. This was reported at the reception after the first night, but the problem was never fixed. They cleaned every day, but the cleaning was negligent and superficial: there was dust on the TV, the bathroom mirrors were not cleaned, and the soap dish for liquid soap was peeling and dirty. There are 2 TVs in the room, but the channels are only cable, where there is nothing to watch and the picture quality is disgusting, there is no Walkie-talkie, no Film search, or anything like that, this is not acceptable for a suite. In the evenings, music from the bar was blaring below us, it felt like this music was blaring right in the room. But most of all, the impression was spoiled by the boorish and incorrect behavior of the administrator. On the last night of our stay at the hotel, she started knocking on the door and yelling at us to keep our voices down, you see, we're bothering her and the whole hotel. That's just what we were interfering with, I still didn't understand. We didn't yell, we didn't brawl, we didn't fight, we didn't listen to music loudly. We were watching a movie on our tablet (after all, their TV only has hello from the 90s cable channels) and were talking to each other in a normal tone. Well, if the whole hotel is hindered by the usual conversation of the guests, then it needs to do something with paper walls, not to complain to the guests.

I really liked the hotel, I stayed for 1 night with my daughters. All the receptionists are very nice and helpful, thank them for everything) the room itself is also super, a large bed, even a sofa can be unfolded. Good afternoon. Every year we stay in this hotel in 10 suites. We were in Gomel from 02/21/26 to 02/23/26 Compared to last year, there are comments on the number: 1) the floor creaked (near the window) in the bedroom 2) the shower doors are not adjusted (the gap at the bottom) 3) the attachment of the "liquid soap" over the sink is broken 4) on weekends, there is loud music in the cafe in the evenings, which can be heard in the room. The staff at the reception are smiling and friendly. Breakfast is normal, generally good.

I was able to easily walk around the city, go shopping and enjoy the local cuisine in the cafes located near the hotel. This place became a day base for me to explore Gomel, and I was glad that everything I needed was at hand. But that's not all! Booked on Trip.com for 2 weeks in this hotel there is a Suite with two separate beds - specially! We arrive at the hotel at 8.30 pm, and we are informed that "We have been trying to reach you all day, we have a problem, we have closed the room for repairs. We can offer you a standard room with one bed." No, we say, we specially booked with separate rooms, and even a two-room suite - why are you offering us something that we don't need? We started calling replacement hotels - we found a Tourist hotel - worse class, worse location for us, no breakfast, no air conditioning. Great replacement! But there were no other options, so we had to stop there. At the same time, when I asked "What number did you call me at", they showed me a number in the UK, although I have a local number, which is indicated in the booking. "We called." And, I say, did you write to the counterparty when you couldn't get through? "No..." Well, I doubt that the number was simply not given to someone. In general, the service is at an abominable level, customer care is zero, they can't even notify. I highly do not recommend this hotel.

There is parking nearby, there are enough places. It is suitable for those who do not want to stay in the city center or are passing through here. The center is 10-15 minutes away by car. There is a park nearby, a large shopping center and shops nearby. The room is small, there is an air conditioner, which is not very well located and blows on the bed, safe, refrigerator and TV. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed is comfortable. On the ground floor there is a cafe with a separate entrance, where breakfast is served in the morning. A la carte breakfasts, several dishes to choose from. Everything was delicious. The cafe itself is open until late in the evening.

But there is a nice bonus in the form of chocolates, cookies, tea and coffee bags. A TV with a lot of channels. The hotel has its own cafe with a good menu. Simple but delicious breakfasts are included in the price. And another small minus. The cafe is right under the windows...so the noise and music will end only at 23.00, you will not be able to sleep earlier. But these are small things. The hotel is good, I recommend it to everyone. If it's so convenient with your own transport. Oh, yes...prices will be significantly lower than in hotels in the center. And this is a huge plus.

The stairs to the second floor are very steep, and it was difficult to climb with a heavy suitcase. I had to unpack and pack it in the lobby next to the reception and move things in parts. 2. The entrance to the cafe is only on the street. In cold weather, it is very uncomfortable to go there for breakfast. 3. For some reason, the heated towel rail was turned off at night in the room. Maybe to save water and electricity? There was nothing to dry the wet clothes on.

The hotel is located on the edge of the city so that you can arrive late, relax and leave in the morning. But from here you can take a taxi in 6 minutes for almost 5 rubles. to the nearest shopping center (after 20.00 there was a discount on taxis for almost 3 rubles.) But at night I had to open the window because of the heat, because the air conditioner blew directly on the headboard when turned on, so I had to turn it off at night. I would like to ask the one who hung up the air conditioner - did the specialist think about where the air flow would be directed and whether people would feel good? I think not(( There is a cafe "City" at the hotel, the entrance is from the street on the side. The cafe staff is very polite. And the hotel guests are given a 10% discount card during their visit. And in the morning, breakfast is served in a cafe, but in a different room (there is no discount!). I want to note that the food is delicious! There are very nice receptionists at the reception who want to answer your questions. Souvenirs can be purchased here. I wish to grow by more floors, but outweigh the air conditioners so that they bring pleasure at night)))
