Processes in the company are simply terrible. I moved to a new apartment. I had Silknet internet in my old apartment. Silknet optical cable has already been installed in the new apartment. I moved the modem from an old apartment to a new apartment, but the internet did not work. It turned out that I need to return the modem from the old apartment to the Silknet office. Besides, not all offices accept modems and work only on weekdays. After that, you need to sign a new contract and wait 7 days for the internet to turn on. It's just absurd. In total, I have been sitting without the internet for more than a week. Now it is 2025, and the company has processes since 1995.

They served quickly, there were no queues, and left a pleasant impression.
