A very negative experience. If you are suddenly unlucky and there is an unobvious problem in the apartment that is incompatible with normal life, the agency will not help you in any way. Everything is on the conscience of the apartment owner. If he does not want to return the deposit (despite the problems in the apartment incompatible with accommodation), the agency will not help you in any way. It can call the owner and talk, but it can't actually do anything. Even if the agency has recognized that the apartment is problematic and says that it will no longer offer tenants to it. And he will never return the money for the services, even if he recognizes them as substandard. I highly do not recommend it.

I rented an apartment through them, it turned out that they cheated on almost everything: 1. There was no gas in the apartment, there was a bad electric boiler, they said that the gas was about to be carried out and there would definitely be heating by winter (they still hadn't done it in six months, I suffered with heaters in winter) 2.
