We bought 4 tours in Schweik, sold the guide on the spot, without any checks and guarantees for a refund or exchange. The point is not that, but that for some reason we could not go to the Czech Krumlov (for health reasons), naturally we came and asked for help somehow, elementary the next day we could offer any other excursion, especially the buses are half empty, and we took four tours, and not the most cheap, so we were offered to pay 50% for the next tour per person, and in a mild way to the question: why don't you issue checks for payment, we were told that in Prague there is no concept at all what checks are, that is, tourist activities are not taxed???? The bottom line is that they are ready to take money from you, but they simply cannot decide or help, in general, if you take a tour from this office, buy in fact, and not several at once in advance, as they gave us, because it is unknown how the circumstances will develop, we personally did not throw a foot into this tour company!!!
