Recently, the whole family visited the Shater restaurant and were absolutely delighted! A very atmospheric place with excellent service and a really high standard in everything. The menu is varied and thoughtful: a large selection of dishes for every taste, beautiful presentation and, most importantly, everything is really delicious. It is clear that the products are of high quality, and the kitchen is working at a high level. I would like to mention the hookah separately — it's gorgeous, with excellent traction and rich taste. Music creates the perfect atmosphere for relaxation — not too loud, stylish and pleasant. The place is cozy, comfortable to be both together, as well as a large company or family. I was very pleased with the attitude of the staff: attentive, polite, quick to respond to requests and create a feeling of real hospitality. Definitely one of the best places we've been lately. Everything was great — we will definitely come back again!

They are polite, cozy and will tell you everything your heart desires. Hookah man, super man... everything is just according to your taste and color. The music is top notch, the hookahs are delicious! Unfortunately, I don't know the names. Now the most important thing. I'm a moody person. I either like it or not. The gastronomy of Abkhazia has captivated me. everywhere you go, it's delicious and with a soul. The tent is one of the establishments I have recognized. I ordered the delivery: 1.poke with salmon and shrimp 10/10 - the balance of all ingredients, the trick is the sauce that combines all the ingredients of the dish; 2. chicken noodle soup 10/10 - a good light broth, saves from hunger in case of illness; 3. We are having a rest in Gagra! We wandered into this wonderful place and stayed there all the days! The food is delicious, the service is top-notch, all the staff are very polite, friendly, and welcoming, so I don't want to leave there. The steak was also disappointing. The waiter described it as meat that "melts in your mouth," but in fact it turned out to be very tough, and the smell seemed unpleasant. I would like to mention the atmosphere separately. The music was playing so loudly that it was almost impossible to talk at the table — you literally had to shout. The only big plus is the administrator's job. A very attentive and polite girl, at our request, quickly transferred us to another table, was responsive and was always there for us. Many thanks to her for her professionalism and attitude towards the guests. Unfortunately, the rest of the visit left only negative emotions. I am very sorry for the time and money spent.

We visited this place on the evening of 08/06/2025 and found ourselves in an unpleasant situation, namely, there was no electricity in the cafe. Fortunately, we weren't going to have dinner, but only to smoke a hookah and have a drink, and these items were available to order. A little later, we decided to have dessert, but only two were offered from the whole list: a chocolate cake and some kind of mousse, which did not attract me. It was decided to go to a nearby restaurant and take two desserts from there. After asking for dessert devices, we were informed that it was forbidden to come to their establishment with other people's food. We could have made an exception, since the problem was on their part and we were already the only guests. But we had to leave the cafe, which didn't upset us much, as the hookah turned out to be mediocre. I just liked the drinks and the view.
