I was satisfied after spending several nights here on a business trip. The interior is classic, not new, but everything is clean and tidy. There were no foreign odors or sewage odors, which some people wrote about here, at all. The smell throughout the hotel, as well as in the rooms, is fresh (I lived in different rooms, on the 12th floor and on the 6th). The receptionists at the reception are very friendly, the staff at the restaurant are also polite. Everyone will help, prompt, if necessary. You can book conveniently on the website, or just at the reception (I arrived at 8 p.m. without prior reservation and was given a room without any problems). The contingent of residents is decent, it wasn't noisy at night, everyone is asleep. I would like to mention the breakfasts separately, they are very varied and delicious. The mattresses are comfortable. It's not cheap to live here, but I can say that for the same money in this city you can only rent an apartment, you'll be lucky if it's in good condition, and no one will offer you a buffet for breakfast. So the choice is obvious) I will definitely come again, and I would like to thank the staff for trying to create comfort and coziness for the guests in such difficult circumstances.

Prices are the same as on the brand's official website. I have often seen similar local developments in other regions. The stated 4 stars, unfortunately, exist here rather on the signboard. In fact, my rating of this hotel is a maximum of 2 stars. The service as a whole is excellent. Cleanliness in the room is more or less only at the time of check-in. Then the constant lottery begins: They didn't change the towels on time, forgot to change the bed linen, or didn't go into the room at all. And instead of just staying in a hotel and receiving service, you constantly have to clarify, remind and solve something. A separate story with ventilation. She works terribly. If someone smokes in the next room, the smell travels perfectly through the ventilation to other rooms. The air conditioner also lives its own life: it's either cold or hot, and it's difficult to achieve a normal comfortable regime. Of the really good ones, I'll mention the breakfasts. There are no questions here, the breakfasts are decent. But finally, the parking lot spoiled the attitude towards the hotel. There are no seats at all, while one seat is reserved for someone from the management and has been empty for three days. When I decided to park my car there on the third day, a guard came out and asked me to remove the car, because "suddenly the head will arrive." This perfectly characterizes the attitude towards the guests. That is, the hotel client must look for a place to park the car, but the empty place of the head must be sacredly guarded for days in case he suddenly appears. A simple question arises: if the parking lot is full, is the hotel manager unable to find a place for his own car if necessary, giving it to a guest who actually pays for the accommodation? For a four-star hotel, such an approach to service looks ridiculous. As a result: good breakfasts, mediocre cleaning, problems with ventilation and climate, poor service and a completely incomprehensible attitude towards guests. My assessment: 2 out of 5. It still has to grow and grow to the level of a really good four-star hotel.

The hotel just sucks. With beautiful decoration and design, the staff is just a tin can. We stopped by the room with my wife late at night. Everything in the room is provided for one guest (towels, bathrobe, 1 roll of water, slippers) approx... They asked me to fix it. Immediately, the night maid brought water and a robe. Towels were not brought because the laundry is closed. Okay. Ok. And it was swallowed. The situation has not changed in the morning.... After going down for dinner, I was informed that 1 person lived in the room, not 2. I had to go down to the reception and find out the reason.... The girl apologized, she seemed to fix everything, as she said, yes, we had breakfast together, then we left on business... When they returned, they realized that the maid had come and just hung the towels for their feet on the hanger and nothing more... No bath towels, no shower supplies, not even water were brought. I went to the reception again, voiced the problem, and they said they would solve it. No damn........ They only brought water. I would be very happy to write obscenities now, because the hotel has 4 stars. I wouldn't even give them 2. In general, either we were unlucky, or I do not know what the reason is. People just don't want to work.
