I believe every company’s recruitment process should be based on fairness, transparency, and professional standards. Unfortunately, my experience has raised some questions about how feedback is collected and how hiring decisions are made. It can be disappointing when the opinions of a single individual seem to carry significant weight in decisions affecting an entire group of candidates, especially when the feedback process itself may not follow the usual HR procedures. It also raises questions when internal communication appears to rely on informal contacts rather than direct communication with the appropriate HR representatives. I hope ServiceTitan takes the time to review its recruitment practices and ensure that every candidate is given a fair opportunity based on their qualifications and abilities.
