I liked the hotel, the staff are very pleasant and helpful, and the location is good in the city center. There are sights and places with delicious food nearby within walking distance!) The room has all the necessary things, it is clean, the rooms are cleaned regularly 🤝 The bed, mattress and pillows are gorgeous, it was very comfortable! The room has air conditioning, it saves from the heat, I would like to mention the thick walls, excellent sound insulation. A hotel where you can get a good night's sleep after active walks in Yerevan) Thank you very much to Alexander for his help and support at any time!

Excellent hotel, cozy clean room with modern renovation. Timely check-in. Great location. Polite staff, responded promptly to requests. There is a slight disadvantage-the lack of an elevator (the hotel has 4 floors), but they helped us lift our luggage to the room. We stayed with a cat, there were no problems) we were told that guests with a cat at the hotel for the first time, usually stay with dogs 😇

A very nice hotel, a pleasant surprise. The staff is friendly. The most important thing is the numbers. I booked through Yandex, the room for this price is very nice, large, two-room, clean. There is everything you need: a kettle, a small refrigerator, even a microwave. Towels are changed consistently. There is a smart TV on the TV, if you log in to your account (your own or create one), you can watch anything, as access to the browser opens (unfortunately, I realized this on the last day). One air conditioner in each room. There are bathroom accessories, including dental ones. It's also a sooo good location. The next door on the left is a restaurant, and on the right is a surf coffee shop. There is a local shop 10 meters away. It is located literally in the center. The only small disadvantage was the bad view from the window of our room, but it doesn't matter to me at all. There is a lot of furniture, there is a safe (a worker, I saw a comment with a bad rating - it's not necessary once in a while), there are slippers and bathrobes. In general, I definitely recommend this hotel. One of the best in terms of price and quality in Yerevan (and in comparison with Moscow hotels).

The disadvantage is that it is very noisy, the sound insulation is poor and you can hear everything that happens on the street until very late at night.

Great hotel, perfect location. But you need to choose a room very carefully - in our first room on the second floor, there was a trash can right under the balcony. But the second room was perfect - the third floor, a balcony with a hanging chair and a small kitchen area. The room had a kettle, a microwave and a capsule coffee machine. However, the capsules for the coffee machine were only on the first day, and even for money it was not possible to get additional capsules from the receptionist - he simply did not know where they were. The problem is solved by the SurfCofee coffee shop on the ground floor and the supermarket across the street. The cleaning was also a bit weird - the first three days were perfect, and even the towels were changed every day, even though they shouldn't have. But on Saturday and Sunday there was no cleaning at all. But in general, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages, the second time we plan to stop right there ;-)

The hotel itself is not bad. A good location, everything is nearby and within walking distance. It's cozy and cute inside. It would be difficult to mark it with a negative, but.... The reception is very clumsy. The hotel is small, with floors ranging from four to two rooms. No one greets you, even if you first get up and warn you. The reception is on the second floor and we packed our own things there. The safe was not opened after several calls, although we were assured that the technician had simply left and was "running back right now." The miracle, alas, did not happen. The safe remained to live separately. There were also minor everyday nuances, I don't want to describe, maybe if I live longer, everything will smooth out and the impression will be better. In short, banal Armenian hospitality, it is necessary to divide everything into two at least.

A lovely cozy hotel in the very center. The room stock is new, very cozy. It can be noisy if the windows overlook Tumanyan. There was a lantern shining through our window, but thanks to the hotel, the blackout curtains did a great job at night. There is a coffee shop on the ground floor where you can have breakfast (at your own expense). We recommend it.

I booked a room at this hotel, paid... as a result, on the day of my arrival, at the time of check-in, it turned out that the hotel canceled my reservation, which was paid in advance. At the reception, the staff threw up their hands, referring to the lack of reservations and so on. I do not recommend this hotel. This establishment does not look like a 4-star hotel, not visually, not with the qualifications of the staff. A private guest house.

We were at this hotel at the end of August. The hotel is new, everything is done wisely and competently. Everything is clean and new. Beautiful view from the balcony where we stayed. This hotel could be given a 5 star category (there just isn't a pool). The room has everything you need from a coffee machine to a mini bar (the prices of the mini bar are slightly more expensive than in the store, so you can safely use it). Very convenient location, all the sights are within walking distance.

After booking, we received a voucher indicating the discounted price and the availability of a continental breakfast. 5 days before check-in, an email arrived with a reminder of the imminent check-in and incorrect check-in dates. I wrote a letter, sent screenshots of the voucher and this erroneous letter asking to verify the information. I did not receive any letter in response, which in itself I consider disrespectful. On the day of arrival, the administrator called, said that he confirmed the check-in dates, but there are nuances: the price is higher and there are no breakfasts. There was no time to rebook another hotel, we arrived at night, upon check-in, the administrator said that the price was as in the voucher (with a discount and there are breakfasts). In the morning, it turned out that everything had changed again. They explained this by a malfunction in the booking system, but it seemed that they were just agreeing which guest to bend for money, and in our case there was some kind of malfunction. As a result, there are really no breakfasts, they paid for breakfast themselves in the cafe on the ground floor, but refused to overpay for the room, paid with a voucher. Why should only the customer pay for booking system errors? But how do you share the risks? In general, I don't really recommend it because of the nuances.

Generally. a good hotel by all accounts, BUT there is one THING..... If you want to get enough sleep at night You know, it's just a matter of luck... I only managed to get a good night's sleep out of seven. On the ground floor there is a youth cafe with a schedule from 8 to 23.00. And a restaurant with a schedule from 12 to 24.00. Every institution loves modern music with basses ... And if the cafe goes quiet as scheduled at 23.10 ., then the restaurant is sorry ... Walk my soul.... At best it's 00.30 , and as lucky as I am to become an unwitting participant in some parties, 1.30 is closer to 2 m ... The party is in your room too ... So, those who like the regime, sleep, who have children, etc., will have problems sleeping. Unfortunately, appeals to the administration did not yield much result, since these are respected tenants in this building and I was politely asked to get into the position that people are having a party and it will all end soon. Just have to be patient a little bit)))))) Despite the fact that I liked the hotel itself in general, on my next visit to Yerevan I will look for another place where I can go to bed at 23.00 and sleep peacefully until 8.00 without discos in the room. I recommend it to those who have insomnia!))))

We booked this hotel more than a month in advance via Yandex.Journeys. A day before departure, we get a cancellation and are told that the hotel refuses to accommodate. As a human being, it just doesn't fit in my head! So forget about tourists and count on the fact that you can get more money, because when rebooking, the price will increase threefold. Well, no way. Get a logical assessment for your "conscientiousness".
