12.11. 2023 I came with my son (15 years old) to order glasses in the Family optics for Korotkevich 2 the girl served us perfectly, but since they temporarily have no ophthalmologist (and we needed him to check our vision) she signed us up at 40 Moskovsky Prospekt.We made an advance payment for the glasses and the son went to the ophthalmologist.At the reception, he was told that it was necessary to drip his eyes for a better vision check, and since he came to the end of the working day (at 17:30 hours), they could not do this today and offered an appointment for any other day.The recording was made on the same day on another date.On the appointed day, the son comes to the doctor and again hears a refusal, they say it's too late to come without an appointment on any other day.And now the child arrives, and they refuse to accept him!!!!They call me and tell me that my presence is necessary!!!!To say that I was angry is not to say anything.I asked the administrator's girlfriend why they needed my presence, because before that there was not even a question about it.After long discussions, the child was accepted without my presence.And you didn't even need to bury your eyes!!!!For myself, I decided that I do not intend to apply to this network anymore!!!

In this optics, for some reason, it is paid, they also counted as a diagnosis for the purchase of glasses (for some reason it is more expensive than diagnosis when buying a lens, also an amazing moment). I have repeatedly repeated that lenses and diagnostics are necessary, there is no way to order glasses, because I came from Minsk only for a day.
