The penultimate time, I took the seafood cream soup and was really disappointed: the mussels were very poorly separated from the shell, it was hard to use only a spoon, and the shrimp's tails were not peeled. And on the one hand, it is clear that for practicality, all the shrimps have tails, but it was possible to cut them off when serving the soup so that the hands would not swim in the soup. And if the mussels were not cut off and separated properly, then it was necessary to serve a bowl of water to wash your hands after catching seafood. In short, it was an incomprehensible moment for me personally. And yesterday we came as a group. The waiter was a stand-up artist.: - the waiting time is an hour and a half, I can offer you board games. Naturally, we were glad that the hour would pass unnoticed. - I'm just kidding, there are no tables, but you won't be bored, you'll entertain yourself with a conversation. Well, explosive, right? Everything was deplorable for the dishes, too: the wine from the cranberry sauce was not evaporated and the sauce tasted like a brew instead of sourness. The turkey was very overdried, the knife barely made it. I didn't like the burgers either. Very unfortunate. The sad ones left. The wait of almost two hours didn't make me happy either. But it is very important to pay attention to the staff who takes take-out orders and gives them away. We were never lucky enough to hear a friendly speech (and we order consistently 1-2 times a week and from different rooms). It always feels like you're ordering from a canteen. Communication is boorish, dissatisfied and as expected. The waiting time is promised to be 40 minutes, but it is usually possible to pick up the order only after 1-1.5 hours. Moreover, the take-out package is normal every other time. As a rule, all the nous flows out of one box for everything else. When issuing orders, they never apologized for the double wait, let alone offer at least some lemonade while the person was waiting for another half hour from above. One star only for delicious, in most cases, food. Today we ordered turkey with cranberry sauce (which is all leaked). Apparently, because of the sauce, it's all purple-green and terribly sour in taste and smell. She probably looks nice in the restaurant, but the impression in the container leaves much to be desired.
