The best store in the city. And all because there are wonderful, responsive girls who work there, who are always ready to help and prompt. And even a restless child will be distracted. They approach work with professionalism, never create queues, and try to arrange everything quickly. Incompetent employees who do not know basic things are very common at other check-up points in the city. This is the place where I go because of the courtesy and professionalism of the staff, even though I am far from home.

Complaint about incompetence and attempted deception on the part of employees "I would like to draw the attention of the management to the egregious situation in the department. The employees of Loika Marina and the head of the branch, Darya Kisel, demonstrate a complete lack of professionalism and adequacy. In their work, "white is black": any arguments are ignored, and obvious facts are denied. On a regular basis, they try to impose unnecessary additional services. Moreover, during registration, the dimensions of the cargo are intentionally overestimated in order to artificially increase the cost. When employees were convicted of data forgery, nervous excuses began instead of apologies. This behavior discredits the SDEC service. I demand that measures be taken against these individuals."
