Refusal to accept a shipment without objective reasons. They refused to accept the monitor in its original packaging with foam protection without a wooden crate, they did not offer any alternatives, and advised them to contact another carrier. As a result, the same cargo was shipped via Belpost — faster and cheaper. ⸻ On January 5, I submitted an application to the SDEC in advance to receive the shipment: a Xiaomi 27’ monitor in its original packaging, as well as two screwdrivers in cases. On January 6, I called a taxi and brought the cargo to the SDEC point. The employee asked to see the shipment and open the box with the monitor. The monitor was in its original packaging with foam protective inserts, fully ready for transportation. Despite this, I was informed that a wooden crate or box is required, since, I quote, "the loader can throw boxes or put something heavy on top." To my question, why do this if it is obvious from the packaging that the monitor is inside and it is already protected, the staff referred to the "rules of transportation". At the same time, in the rules shown, we were talking about a monitor without packaging, which I paid special attention to. The answer was again a formal one: "We have such rules." I suggested an alternative — to label it "Fragile". At the same time, another client was given a cardboard box covered with "Fragile" tape, which I also pointed out to the staff. Nevertheless, they continued to insist solely on the wooden crate. When I asked if I should contact another carrier, the staff replied indifferently: "Contact me." As a result, I had to take a taxi again and go to Belpost. There, the employee inspected the factory packaging, did not require any wooden crates, offered to glue the cargo with "Fragile" tape and accepted the shipment without any problems. The cost of delivery was 37 rubles, whereas in the SDEC, according to a preliminary request, it was 47 rubles, excluding the wooden box. On January 8, at 10:30, I received an SMS about the delivery of the cargo. The attached photos show that the monitor was in its original packaging with protective foam and labeling.

I send parcels almost every week. And every time the conditions at the point change, you only find out about the change when you arrive at the point. Accordingly, your parcel is not accepted. And they don't try to solve the problem in any way. Each manager works in different ways, no one is responsible for each other. There is no precision, no clarity. Moreover, this point charges a fee for printing out the accompanying documents, and they also charge for the tape (packaging), arguing that they have so specified according to the regulations. Although none of the employees knows which one. And the answer to the question of why it is paid is not given a specific exact answer. In the sales office, no one has ever heard of or knows about such a "paid" service. One gets the impression that this is a whim.

A terrible pick-up point with boorish service. Where, in addition to unpleasant and tactless communication with customers, they try to make money by shoving additional "paid bags". Moreover, the day before, I sent a parcel with the same contents, but from another point and there were no questions about the packaging, the goods are not fragile. And then the employee decided to stuff 300₽ worth of bags when they didn't ask at all. There was nothing but indignation and displeasure at the request to make an application. The work of the staff leaves much to be desired, and even better, a complete change of personnel. As a result, the parcel was sent to Donskoy St., where the staff worked very pleasantly, politely and quickly. But it's not the first time people have been fooled like this with a bunch of packaging on Karbyshev. It is easier to visit another point and send the parcel in a good mood without hassle.

A disgusting SDEC point. I don't know how cute and professional the girls work there, but the cost of transportation is inflated professionally. Add 25% of the cost to the easy one. They asked the girl to send a parcel with the SDEK parcel tariff - as a result, in addition to the "parcel" box, packaging and wrapping paper were written twice in the invoice, allegedly 3m. As a result, the delivery went from conditional 1500 rubles to almost 2000 rubles. The parcel will arrive to the recipient - in principle, we will open it under the camera and see what kind of packaging is there for 450 rubles, given that the contents were already packed in our box + a box from the parcel tariff was added. And it would be fine if the amount was small, but here it's just outright arrogance and making money out of the blue. I also wrote an appeal to the SDEK hotline on this occasion. P.S. I am attaching a photo of the received parcel. I ask the detectives to find 3m craft paper for 150 rubles and a package for 300 rubles in the photo. The box on the right is the sender's box. All that the operators added was just stuffed with OLD cardboard and that's it. And they threw 450p on top of the invoice. Great office, nothing more to add. Most of all, it is surprising that the employees of this office, when the proceedings in this situation began, still do not recognize their jamb and do not want to resolve the situation peacefully.
