An odd institution. The staff at the reception "pokes" - there are obvious gaps in the culture. Did I sit at the same desk with them? But a particular irritation is caused by the toilet in the room, which not only constantly leaks and increases the hotel's water bill, but also constantly requires waiting near it to press the button many times to stop the water and reduce hotel expenses. It is especially difficult to help the hotel at night, when I got up on business, I want to sleep, but I have to stand and save water, because it is impossible to fall asleep again because of its noise. )) Very wonderful management.

The location is gorgeous! The hotel is located on a quiet street, about a 10-minute walk from Potzdamer Platz and about 20 minutes from the Bradenburg Gate. The breakfasts at the hotel are Scandinavian, which means an extensive buffet with several hot options, cheeses, sausages, there is also herring (where without it)), various fruits, muesli, nuts, pastries, you can make waffles yourself (as Norwegians and probably other Scandinavians like)), jams, nutella, fruits, as well as individual products for people who have allergies. The main hall of the restaurant is decorated in green tones and the baseboard is made as if you are sitting with the northern lights at the top. There is also another room, quieter, in the evening, I suspect, it is used in the same way as a bar, but at breakfast you can retire there, you can sit by the window (the hotel has floor-to-ceiling windows) and that's fine. We were settled on 31.12 somewhere around 13.00, without additional charges. Things can be left in the luggage room. The staff is very polite and friendly. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. There are no Russian channels, who cares. There is a gym on the 8th floor, we did not go. A wonderful hotel, I will be happy to stay in it again!

Excellent hotel: the city center is just around the corner, near the metro and the train, the room is cozy and clean, the cleaning is wonderful, wi-fi is stable, breakfasts are varied, there is a gym and SPA, Parking and bicycle rental. There is a shop and a coffee machine at the reception. There are two shopping malls and several cafes nearby. Minuses: 1. a double charge was made for bike rental, I had to figure it out. 2. There are no stairs, only elevators and only by cards. 3. There is no toilet at the reception, if you have handed over the card, then there are no amenities.

excellent location, excellent breakfast, all products are the freshest. Within walking distance of the metro, the Bradenburg Gate is a 20-minute walk away. Nearby there are restaurants and a shopping center with a grocery store. One of the disadvantages is the ice floor in the room.
