At the meeting, I wanted to reassure them that they had finally made a work schedule for people, when you can come and perform operations after a working day, and not rush to your lunch, run and worry that you will be late for work, but specialist Ekaterina greeted me with a face like it was my fault that She works when everyone's day is over. No smiles, no help, just dry answers and a dismissive attitude towards the client. When asked why I was given 3 rubles in change from 50 rubles, if the receipt was 12 rubles for payment, she replied: "I didn't say that you CAN take the change," you know, like some dog is given the command "YOU CAN." When asked why they did not take the 200 euros that I received from the same bank, she suggested contacting Belgazprombank, because there are "simpler requirements". Where are the old, i.e. experienced specialists who smiled at you and anticipated your question? It's sad what a bank branch is turning into...
