The bank's branch is apparently in its infancy. I think it will change its address soon and will be located in a separate building. The work is organized competently. The staff is polite and competent. Queues are minimal. Public services are well organized. It's great that such a bank has appeared in Belarus. Recommend 👍

It's a big building , and I 'd like to have more staff, because there are queues every day. It is always clean and cozy, there are beautiful ottomans for waiting queues. I have often seen elderly people who do not understand what kind of coupon to purchase, perhaps it makes sense to put a person on such assistance. As for me, this is the only bank to which there is trust, then more!

There were no long queues during my visit to this bank branch, although I had to wait for a while. In general, the atmosphere is comfortable for a small number of visitors. The staff is attentive and polite when it's your turn. But there is a significant disadvantage -there is no administrator who, as in other banks, would meet visitors and help them take a ticket, figure out where to go and generally answer simple questions.
