I was at Sayana for Hatha yoga for the first time and was absolutely delighted! I thought yoga was difficult and only for the flexible, but here it turned out to be different. The atmosphere is so cozy and calm that you immediately forget about everything. Special thanks to Master Alexandra Tarasova, she was very sensitive in her practice and explained everything clearly. And tea after class is just another story, it's so delicious!
