A wonderful, incomparable hotel. The rooms are very nice and clean. The Russian-speaking polite staff, who did not leave any questions unanswered. Upon arrival, we were provided with a higher-level room. The medical base is huge, it is difficult to imagine the existence of so many procedures! They work very clearly. The kitchen is a separate topic. The highest level, everything is very, very tasty. With all my desire, I did not find any disadvantages. The only thing that can be an obstacle to choosing this hotel is its distance from drinking springs - they are about 15 minutes on foot. For me, it was a big plus, because the path is beautiful and picturesque. I dream of returning to this hotel again.

The very name Savoy already suggests that this is one of the best (if not the best) hotels in Karlovy Vary. It's wonderful, you can talk about it endlessly, it's a huge pool, a spa, fantastic breakfasts, lunches and dinners and a very convenient location! Just for lazy people like me, there is a long road to the springs (to do physical education anyway), and there is a rather short one, which is really hard for them to travel long distances. The hotel is so positive and the staff is friendly that you do not want to leave and want to come back as soon as possible! Which I will definitely do!!!

A whole complex with its own territory, treatment, including consultation of first-class doctors and various procedures, right at the hotel. Magnificent swimming pool, sauna, spa. Cleanliness, polite, friendly attitude, excellent restaurant (having tried in other places, we stopped at the hotel restaurant). A very private location of the hotel, near the health routes, the Russian consulate, the Orthodox church. The real 5!
