Level 2 Local Expert

The food is delicious, but the service is bad. The worst part is the super inefficient system of payments. You need to remember every single item and then order it in some place and go all over the food court to "gather" your food. And I'm not even talking about zero culture of standing in lines. The cashiers and the stuff don't care about the line at all and the people just push you and grab their food. Horrible experience every single time.

The staff are friendly, polite, and helpful, especially when they realized I didn't speak the language. I also like the quality of the dishes and appreciate the taste of the meals. The sidewalk dining tables add to the charm of the place.

Very unprofessional staff working in this premise. One rude and abusive guy in the cooking meat section. Got upset when we mentioned that we wanted the lulu open plate not wrapped. He then provided the lulu as we wanted and slammed the plate on the bench. Management needs to train staff to be respectful to customers especially to a woman. This behavior was disgusting.
