I gave my carpets to washing, trusting the Oriental carpet. I'm uploading photos of them before and after. I'm uploading it without comment because when I went to talk about the problem, "we have a lawyer, you can answer for what you wrote," the person in charge there said. They explain as follows: "The hand carpet has this arbrage, it was pale when it arrived, and it was written under the receipt we gave you that it would fade". When they object a little more, they say take his phone, never wash his carpet again and say that they have put him on a blacklist. I think it has clearly faded, my beautiful carpets, and there is no turning back. The dark blue parts turned gray. Just as there was no constructive attitude, I was also subjected to a discriminatory attitude. I'm so sorry.
