I stayed at the end of August 2026, and received only positive emotions from this hotel. Good location - away from the road, on the river bank, but close to the center. Very friendly and helpful staff, you can contact us with any questions. Upon check-in, everything was shown, they suggested where you can go for dinner in the evening. We were greeted by the administrator of Kakha, a very positive and sociable person! The car had a flat tire - they gave us a compressor to pump it up and drive safely to the tire shop. At the reception, you can taste and buy local wine, chacha. The rooms are quite cozy and comfortable. There is a kettle, a small fridge, air conditioning, and a TV. There are shared balconies with river views on the floors, and some rooms have their own balconies. Buffet breakfasts. The set of dishes changes every day, the food is delicious. You can go out onto the large open veranda below and have breakfast there right above the river.

We were together, 2 nights (from 06/01/2025 to 06/3/2025). The staff speaks Russian, well, Kakha, the main communicator, will talk to everyone, cheer up, explain everything, help, decide, even give tea. The room stock itself is tired (the handle attachment on the front door of the room was coming off and it was half falling off), but for unassuming guests, for one or two nights it is quite relative to the price. The breakfast is normal, there is a small variety, a coffee machine. If you are a light sleeper or noise is interfering, then most likely it will not suit you, the audibility here is good. There are umbrellas in case of rain and a shared balcony overlooking the Rioni River.

A wonderful host , and when sincere hospitality intersects with your direct interests, what could be even better?)) We stopped for 5 hours of sleep before the flight. Perfect! There is a river below the balcony, a terrace for delicious meals) , the courtyard is clean, the room is cozy!!! In winter, the room is warm from the air conditioner, enough! Hot water, warm bedding)

It's a disgusting place. I don't recommend it. We paid 9098 per night. See in the photo what you will have to sleep on. The photo on the website does not correspond to reality. Do not book this hotel. The reviews are fake.
