It's a very nice cafe. The dishes are very tasty, satisfying, and the serving is beautiful. The service is excellent. The prices are affordable. The main advantage is the tables on the veranda. Beautiful decoration among fresh flowers, cleanliness and comfort with a view of the Town Hall and the Europa Hotel. I want to come again and again . Delicious Caesar salad with shrimp, delicious shingles with red caviar and fish, zucchini fritters and poached egg. A huge selection of drinks. I recommend.

It's hard to describe this delight! I definitely recommend you to visit. I'll start with the location: excellent, close to the center - not far from the Europa Hotel and the town hall. There is a paid parking nearby. Two floors and an outdoor terrace. On the second floor, even the tables against the wall have a great view from the windows. The interior is in a modern style, while unexpectedly cozy. It is suitable even for a romantic dinner. You can evaluate it yourself based on numerous photos. The waiters are friendly and the service is fast. But the dishes make the strongest impression. It's very tasty and incredibly beautiful! You just need to try it yourself. My favorite dessert is tiramisu. I order in all restaurants and give my subjective assessment. In this case, they exceeded my expectations! I've seen many different types and shapes, but this is the first time I've tried this! And not only is the taste and texture 10 out of 10, but the appearance also deserves an extra point!

I really liked the appetizers - tartare with salmon, roti with eel are simply divine! The roast beef salad was also incredible, especially the dressing. Unfortunately, I didn't like the main dishes that much. The salmon steak was delicious, but the foam was too bright, clogged the taste of the protein, and the puree resembled baby pumpkin puree from a jar. The risotto was good, the rice was cooked right, but the small scallops were upset, even though they were cooked well. Cauliflower seemed superfluous in this dish. Nevertheless, I would recommend the place to visit, it is possible that we did not guess the main positions, but snacks are what I would come back for!

A very nice restaurant with really delicious Italian cuisine. I especially liked the pasta - it is prepared here by ourselves, and it really tastes at a very high level. If we compare the quality of the dishes, then, in my opinion, the guys are pretty close to Sartoria Lamberti in Moscow. We had dinner here with my wife: she had a salad with beef and pasta, I also ordered pasta. Everything was great in the kitchen - delicious, neat and without the feeling that they had saved on ingredients somewhere. At the same time, I will note the service separately. If we evaluate it in the context of Minsk, then everything is quite good. But for those who come from Moscow or St. Petersburg and are used to a more structured restaurant service, some points may seem unusual.

A wonderful place in the very center of Minsk! We came from St. Petersburg, where the requirements for gastronomy and service are traditionally very high. The Salt restaurant turned out to be absolutely on a comparable level. We came here for lunch, and thanks to the incredibly warm welcome and recommendations of the waiter Yanina, we returned here for dinner on the same day to try everything else that she advised us. It was drizzling, and there were still a couple of hours left before the meeting with the girlfriends. In order not to get wet and pass the time, I went to Salt bistro. Frankly, I did not expect such a warm welcome! I ordered green tea and Tiramisu dessert. The pitch exceeded all my expectations! Considering that the restaurant specializes in fish, the dessert was decorated like a jar of black caviar on a platter with ice. The tiramisu was incredibly tender, it just melted in my mouth. The waiters are friendly and sociable. When they found out about my birthday, they organized a surprise: they solemnly brought out dessert with a lit festive candle and congratulated me. It was very pleasant, and the dessert was delicious! I will definitely come back again to try the rest of the culinary masterpieces.

The most unpalatable draniki in Minsk are very greasy and stick to the sky, and instead of the salmon listed on the menu, river trout was added to them. It's as if they think that people can't tell the difference between sea fish and river fish. A wonderful place, a spacious veranda, very beautiful interiors, pleasant staff. The check is above average, but it's worth it. My husband and I randomly went to this place for lunch. We had six dishes, 6 of the 6 dishes were above all expectations. Soups, hot dishes, salads. Very tasty olivier, the mushroom soup is incredible with a delicate creamy taste. Great restaurant! 1st visit: Seafood chowder is great. Sweet potato fries are great. Pike patties with mashed potatoes are great. Draniki with seasonal chanterelles and truffle are a mess. Sakhalin dessert is great. Cheesecake is a piece of cake. Visit 2: We took different togliatti, different appetizers, fondue and Cheesecake for dessert - everything is great, except for the pate appetizer. The pie didn't get it, it didn't go in. There are no questions about the rest. The restaurant is excellent, special thanks to the waiter Timofey!

Quite by chance, walking around Minsk, I found this institution. I really liked the interior, the service, the food. The only thing is the dorblu sauce for the sweet potato, it was very thick, more like yogurt, and because of this it is very inconvenient to dip the sweet potato. Very stylish environment. Beautifully decorated entrance group. The toilet is like a Hermitage. The menu is not huge. We took mulled wine, grog (apple), beef tartare. Everything was on the level!, the only mulled wine was tart. The girl at the entrance is very courteous and pleasant. But the waitress was a little modest and not very sociable. We were at the restaurant with a friend on Thursday evening after 21:00. At the time of our visit, we noticed people at no more than 3 tables, the so-called "fumes" were clearly not present. The waiter was nice and attentive. We ordered oysters and salad. The oysters are delicious, but something happened to both salads: I ordered a seasonal salad with asparagus and edamame beans, and they brought me a salad without beans. When I saw this, the waiter delivered them separately, apologizing. My friend ordered a salad with crab and ripe tomatoes, the tomatoes were ordinary store-bought (grass), and in the crab she found 3 large pieces of shell that could injure / break teeth / worse, if God forbid you swallow them. In general, of course, the location is top, the interior is pleasant, but the kitchen is very weak. It was delicious that they didn't actually cook. And it's beyond high-load.
