The best restaurant we’ve been to in Georgia - and one of the best I’ve been to in the world. We highly recommend the beans and the eggplant. Great prices, lots of seating, almost no wait time, DELICIOUS food!

This place is a must-visit for anyone who has arrived in Tbilisi as a tourist. It's incredibly delicious, very cheap and authentic. Immerse yourself in the local vibe entirely. Order everything from the menu list. Overeat so that it is difficult to breathe. Thank the Almighty that such establishments still exist and come back here the next day. Be sure to take the bean soup in a pot. Be sure to try the pies. Be sure to order khinkali. Be sure to eat a barbecue. Don't take the corn tortilla with the soup, because you won't be able to eat it anyway. Eat something else whenever possible and be happy.

Clearly an overrated place!! ((I don't know why everyone is coming here! It's not delicious! The chicken kebab is normal, but don't take it from beef! (( the lobio is liquid, as if the remains from the bottom. There are a lot of flies in the evening!((they climb into the plate. Bread is taken from the next table, who has not finished. In front of me, the waitress took the French fries from the plate and ate them before taking them to the customers!)))) You pay for vegetables / tortillas in one window, standing in line, then in another window - for meat))) Payment is in cash ONLY! On the plus side, the price is low.

The Georgian restaurant "Salobiye" (1967) is located on the right bank of the Kura River, on the Tbilisi-Mtskheta highway, near the village of Mukhatgverdi, near the monastery of Jvari (545) and the main dam of the Zemo-Avchalskaya hydroelectric power station (1927) . The restaurant "Salobiye" is famous throughout Georgia and beyond, according to for several reasons: 1. Authentic, national Georgian cuisine in exotic dishes. The restaurant was named after the Lobio dish (beans with walnuts, cilantro and other spicy herbs and spices), the taste of which has not changed since the restaurant was founded. In addition to lobio, visitors are invited to taste the famous pies, khachapuri, phali, greens, khinkali, shish kebab, mineral water, wine and even moonshine (a fiery friend is good). 2. Huge size and extensive spacious public car and bus parking. 3. Accessibility for everyone (tourists and locals). No wonder the Salobie restaurant has a special certificate for "preserving traditions" and "democracy". Visiting this restaurant, you will say with a clear conscience - yes, I have tried real Georgian cuisine! I definitely recommend the Salobie restaurant to visit!

My husband and I have been here 3 times and each time we put 3 The first time: We ordered Lobiani and eggplant. Lobiani is dry, but hot and fresh. Eggplant The second time: I didn't like the beans (the one in the pot), they ate 80% tastier in Stepantsminda Khinkali - edible, not salted The third time: There was no khinkali juice (just a couple of drops), the dough is thicker than everywhere else and they had it last time and sticks to their hands, very salty Shish kebab is ordinary meat, it doesn't taste pickled to me and my husband, and there are no spices, it's a little dry.

We stopped at this place with my wife and child on the way to Tbilisi. To show that it should be simple and tasty. In general, I can say that it turned out that way. Simple, clear and quite tasty. You have to place an order at the counter, saying the table number, which is a plus for me, so that you don't have to wait long for the waiter. I recommend taking khinkali, khachipuri in Adjarian style, really tasty. You don't need to take a chicken kebab, they don't know how to cook it here at all. The vegetables were not very tasty, and the simplest vegetable salad is difficult to make delicious. I'll put 5 only because of khachipuri.

It's a great place. A huge selection of places to sit for every taste , verandas , tables . Everything was very tasty. From bread to wine , meat to vegetables . We ordered a lot and didn 't eat enough . They took it with them . A one-time box before meals is 1 GEL . There is even an aquarium with fish on the 2nd floor. There are large tables , small ones . Chairs are high or low . It 's convenient , wherever you want , and have a seat .

We were on the 6th and 7th of January in the evening, I really liked everything. The service is top-notch, special thanks to the Administrator on the second floor, who seated us and explained everything. Khachapuri, kebab, shish kebab, salads are all delicious. Prices are lower than in Tbilisi. Payment in cash, if not, then there are ATMs on the ground floor where it is possible to withdraw from the card. We were with the children, the children liked the food as well. Thank you for your hospitality. Well done, keep it up. There is a large parking lot, which is convenient with such a large number of guests that were on January 7th. Everything was great, the next time you go to Tbilisi, you will definitely come here for dinner....

I often visit Georgia, and after Mtskheta we always stop by this cafe. The portions are large and delicious. The portions are also large. But now the wine has become different, last year we stopped by and took wine with us to take away, now we just sit in a cafe for a drink. The taste has changed, not for the better. But then again, everyone has different tastes! :)

It's a good place, delicious, but the menu is very modest. For the first time we tried Imereti khachapuri, khinkali, shish kebab and lobio. The second time we stopped by, we wanted to try something different from the national cuisine, but it's all the same. The service is fast, the staff is friendly and welcoming.

This restaurant was repeatedly recommended to us by the locals, we listened to them and did not regret it. The most delicious lobios and the best khinkali from all the cafes and restaurants we visited in Georgia! Gorgeous homemade wine (kindzmarauli), we bought a bottle with us. Lula kebabs are also very tasty, the meat is cooked expertly. Imeretian khachapuri has also exceeded expectations! In general, we highly recommend it)

We were in winter, so there weren't a lot of people, and on the contrary, there were a lot of waiters. I think there are almost no empty seats here during the season. It is relatively inexpensive and there are many places both indoors and outdoors. The prices are reasonable, the service is fast, everything is delicious. However, there is one disadvantage, but not to the restaurant. Police officers are on duty at the exit and check drivers for alcohol. Consider this point.

Sluggish waiters with a dissatisfied face, French fries sorry, it's not potatoes, it's wood, hard overcooked. The waiters walk as if at a fashion show, by the time they reach the table, the food has already cooled down. In general, I do not recommend this institution. I don't understand the laudatory reviews.

Very tasty! We have been coming to Tbilisi for many years, and we come here on our way back from Mtskheta. Nothing has changed in so many years: full planting, fast delivery, everything is very tasty and without pathos Don't expect an aesthetic atmosphere and comfort here - this place is created for those who want to really enjoy high-quality Georgian cuisine.

Delicious barbecue, beautiful view. The attitude towards foreigners is disgusting, they cheat out of the blue, starting from parking, ending with a check at the cashier. When you start asking questions about prices, they immediately stop understanding. They charged 3 GEL for parking, the local told us that it costs 1 GEL, they won't help you order, no one will explain anything, there are no photos of the dishes, they don't speak English, and they don't speak Russian either. It's a disgusting feeling from this place, they frankly don't like Russians, I don't recommend it.

A varied menu, delicious dishes, but due to the fact that the place is a tourist destination, the waiting time is long. The staff is busy with their own business, they waited for the menu for 10 minutes until they changed places and independently approached the counter at the checkout and placed an order. Since 2014, there have been 4 times in ,, Salobie,, while the quality of service and dishes decreases every time.

The service is just terrible. No one will ever help you in your life, either to place an order or to suggest something. You have to figure out everything yourself: where to order, where to approach, what to pay for. Orders are taken at the bar, but even there everything is confusing! There are only salads in one place, and only meat in another. A feeling of complete chaos and lack of organization. The wait is incredibly long: we waited for khachapuri for an hour, even though the hall was only half full. The only thing that really succeeded was the chicken kebab. It was delicious. That's all. They don't like Russian, and they don't speak English. I'm definitely not coming back here anymore, and I don't recommend it to anyone.

It took a very long time, there were a lot of seats, when we were there, there were still a lot of empty seats, but the wait was already more than an hour in khinkali, I think this issue should be resolved on the restaurant's side. There was also no way to pay with a card. They didn't even accept the Georgian one, apparently they were left-handed with taxes

They came and cooked deliciously, but due to the fact that there were a lot of people and tables, and few attendants and cooks, so in 40-50 minutes they brought khinkali, everything was delicious, but after that they forgot about us and we waited an hour and a half for French fries, they forgot about the order altogether, as it seems to me it's not normal

An obscure restaurant, or rather a cafe-canteen. You order khinkali in one place, tea in another, salads in a third. Self-service is 50/50, the taste of the dishes is also 3-4 points, Olivier is terrible. But the coffee the girls made was amazing! A very contrasting impression of this institution remained.

This is the most amazing place. Maybe not the most romantic 😄 But the lobio here is the best in all of Georgia))) We tried everything - everything was delicious. Especially the wine, which you can take with you. It's some kind of divine nectar) At first, everyone doubts, but as soon as they try, the wine ends right in the decanter.

It's a terrible place. They didn't give us the menu, so we had to translate what was on the counter, even if it was done in English. They took khinkali.. they have only one kind, and those are salty and spicy. A piece of butter was thrown into khachapuri, which did not even melt there. Shish kebab with bones, fat, meat - the cat didn't cry. They don't make cappuccino either, they referred to the fact that there is no milk. And in Turkish coffee, it feels like it was placed ground, like instant. Our guide recommended this place to us as the best restaurant. We are very disappointed.

It's a beautiful place. They cook quickly, but the shish kebab needs to wait a bit. Lobio is above all praise. In the plate with the greens, despite the late autumn, there was tsitsmati, a Georgian watercress salad, spicy and delicious. One problem - we ordered more than we could eat)) The prices are pleasant.

The most disgusting khinkali I've ever eaten. Store-bought ones are even tastier sometimes. The meat is over-salted, the dough is thick, and the meat has a spoiled flavor. I couldn't finish eating. The salad is simply tasteless made of plastic cucumbers and tomatoes. I have never seen anything like this in Georgia. But not expensive. It is what it is.

Those who like to taste the classics of the capital's Georgian cuisine inexpensively, quickly (service), come here. 30 minutes from Tbilisi (there are traffic jams, but who can be surprised by them?) along the road there is a whole complex of cafes both in detached houses for 6-8 people and in the hall. Roasting pies with meat, potatoes, lobio in clay pots, khinkali, kababs, wine, beer… Everything is prepared very quickly, but there is no feeling of fast food. The main menu is in Russian. The staff is polite, however, those who have been to Georgia will not be surprised by this fact. For khinkalifils, I immediately convert the price into rubles: about 50 rubles/piece. I've been there 5-6 times. The result is always delicious!

We stopped by after reading the positive reviews on the way back from Mtskheta. I didn't like the place, the strange ordering system, meat and khinkali need to be ordered in one place, and khachapuri, lobio and pies in another. There's a queue in both places. It took a long time to wait for the order, we lost a portion of the shish kebab altogether, and only after a few questions about it did they bring the shish kebab. It would have been possible to turn a blind eye to these shortcomings and color features if the food had been excellent ... but of all that we tried, only khachapuri and lavash did not raise any questions. The chicken kebab is salty and dry, the lula is over-salted, the vegetable salad is without any dressing at all, even the oil was spared, the khinkali was also not enthusiastic. In general, a lot of time was spent, but the impressions were so-so. I don't recommend it

Perhaps the most delicious khinkali we ate here. They cook very quickly, apparently due to the fact that there is a large flow. There is a very small selection of food, the staff leaves the best, no politeness, they talk rudely to visitors, confuse orders and I can forget about it. In general, it's a strange concept for you to look for an order counter in a restaurant. In one room, you can only set meat dishes, in the other - drinks and salads, beans, why can't you do it at least in one place. I don't recommend it.

Great place and very tasty food! I recommend you to visit! And I will explain a little, since I did not find it in any review before ... 05.2024 prices (for 1 piece): khinkali 1.5 lari, khachapuri 14 lari, lemonade 3 lari. Khachapuri 1 for 2 behind the eyes)))) First, look for a place to land, there is a number on it (right on the table) and send a messenger to place an order! When ordering, you name the number of the table where you will be waiting for your order. Here, the waiters only bring when ready, and you place an order at the checkout. The left hall is khinkali, lula and everything with meat, the right hall is khachapuri and all flour. The ticket offices in the halls are different, so you need to run to both if you want variety)))) And so the food is very tasty and satisfying, the average check is for 2 30-35 GEL. Enjoy your meal!

Solobie - taste of Georgia Atmosphere: The establishment at first glance is a simple eatery, but inside... interesting! It resembles a hunting lodge with wooden walls, very cozy. I traveled around the halls a bit before finding a toilet. For beginners, it's an adventure. Reference Khinkali and Khachipuri: Discovery! This place is a Georgian food lover's dream. So fragrant, so delicious - they just melt in your mouth. After them, any other Khinkali is just a pale likeness. Overall Impression: A real taste of Georgia! It is well suited for group gatherings. Khachapuri and khinkali are a must-try here. A great place to immerse yourself in Georgian culture and cuisine. P.S. The cafe is just huge, two-storey, with a large veranda and cozy gazebos. A great place for large companies and a secluded holiday.
