We noticed this only in the evening, when we went to check in, they tried to convince us on the phone that this was the apartment we had ordered, but upon arrival at the office it turns out that the correct apartment is indicated in the contract and suddenly it turns out that the toilet is broken in it. In general, they use the classic scheme with a non-existent apartment, a person arrives, he no longer has time to find another one and he is forced to take the one offered.

Deception and rudeness! They don't even deserve one star. The ad already contains false information, starting from the distance to the office, not 100, but 550 m. Further, as people write, upon arrival they offer another apartment for various reasons. We were told that there is no hot water or Internet, although everything is indicated in the ad. There had been no water for 14 days at the time of booking and check-in. They don't say anything about replacing the apartment in advance. We arrived at 23:30, there was no one in the office, then an "employee" came from home. When everything was announced and we began to refuse, we were literally kicked out onto the street. The girl is an excellent boor, behaved defiantly brazenly! The owner's number (89621344043 Dmitry Mastitsky) is not responding, the owner does not get in touch, he is the director of this agency. They don't call themselves, because they don't want to spend money on Russian numbers. DECEPTION AND RUDENESS!
