Крайне не рекомендую данный цветочный магазин, с таким букетом и отношением сталкиваюсь впервые. Изначально уже смутил момент с доставкой, цветы должны были доставить в промежуток с 18-20, по факту цветы приехали в 22:19, пробки в Минске в будний день такие 🙈 Сам букет максимально не совпал с тем, что позиционируется на сайте и в социальных сетях, бутоны очень маленькие, букет такой стыдно кому-то дарить. Написала магазину в тг, даже не признали ни одной ошибки со своей стороны, убеждены, что с букет выглядит ок и больше ничем помочь они не смогут. Никакой клиентоориентированности, заказывать тут только на свой страх и риск, потому что есть большая вероятность, что ваш сюрприз/праздник будет испорчен, ну и виноваты вы еще будете сами, даже извинений никаких не получите. Поэтому советую делать выбор в пользу других магазинов, сама здесь больше заказывать ничего не буду и своим знакомым/друзьям разве что буду рекомендовать обходить магазин стороной Фото оставлю, по мнению магазина выбирали самые пышные бутоны. Если это самые пышные, страшно представить, как выглядят остальные

By the way, they refused to replace my mother's bouquet at the moment, as it had just been cut. My mother's bouquet was unpacked and collected in front of me, mine was assembled before and stood in the refrigerator and not as usual in the water in the store itself. There is no customer orientation, just to cut down the money and slip what should be in the trash. I do not recommend this store.

The day I gave it to him, I noticed that there were whiter and greener roses in the bouquet. The flowers were always imported so that they would stay at home longer, and they were always greenish in color, blooming after a week and becoming whiter and more blooming. In the bouquet on February 14, some of the flowers were already white and blooming compared to others, although the order was made in advance and specifically for delivery. I know how to take care of flowers, and all the previous bouquets were at least 2-3 weeks old. In this bouquet, the flowers that were more blooming and white began to wilt, and the buds became very soft. I immediately begin to understand that the bouquet was made up of newer and older roses. We decided to call the company to ask why the flowers were mixed in. To answer this question, we were asked to send which vase contains the bouquet and the bouquet itself. The bouquet shows flowers that are no longer in good condition, and we were told that the bouquet was in excellent condition. We started asking why the flowers were mixed, and the answer was that the flowers were fresh. We told them that we always bought roses from them and they stood for at least 2-3 weeks, and then on the 4th day it was over. The answer we got was: we don't know how you took care of them or how you transported them. Then we decided to ask why they were not trying to resolve this issue, although I am sure that they themselves understand their mistake, to which we were told that 4 days had already passed, and when the guy picked up the bouquet, everything was fine with him... let's start with the fact that it was as if the man, being a regular customer, I understood that there shouldn't be any problems, I came, paid, and took it away. And really, I, who received the bouquet, should have told him right away why the flowers are not very fresh??? There is not even a hint of customer orientation here, they are doing everything to their advantage, and I understand that the client is more, the client is less.

That is, the seller simply reassembled a bouquet of old, already faded roses and passed it off as fresh. This is not just disrespect, it is an outright deception of the client.
