There is free parking next to the building, but parking is not an easy task on weekdays. The building has a large number of offices, there is also a famous restaurant "The View" with one of the best panoramic views of the city, a large gym. There is one problem for those working in the building - these are queues for elevators during rush hour in the morning and at lunchtime.

It seems that the building is not old, but it's just a disgrace: there is zero ventilation on the sunny side, even in winter in the offices + 30, the windows do not open, it is impossible to ventilate. No one solves problems with ventilation, they pretend that everything is working fine. The toilets are like at the worst train stations, even paper towels were clamped. Parking is only paid, and then all the places are always occupied.

The building administration ignores complaints about the ventilation system. We rented an office in this building in vain, we will move out.
