We stayed here for one night. The room was clean, everyone had their own set of towels, disposable slippers, pasta and a brush, definitely a plus. Working air conditioner. The shower stall is not particularly comfortable, it does not close and there is a puddle of water. There was a buffet breakfast in the morning. There was a variety of food, but according to the taste combination for an amateur. Overall, it's cozy.

The receptionist did not speak Russian. There was a disposable toothbrush with toothpaste in the room, there were shampoos, shower gel, but the jar of soap turned out to be completely empty. The refrigerator was turned off, we just found where to turn it on. When I came to the reception and tried to explain to the girl in English that our refrigerator wasn't working, she first thought I was talking about the air conditioner and suggested I just turn it off because it was summer outside, and then she didn't understand me at all, I told her the refrigerator wasn't working, but she didn't understand I say white small, she asks: ice box? There's a curtain on it... What an ice boh, I was taught differently at school and university. Thank God the air conditioner was working. The TV is very slow, and wi-fi is also intermittent. There was a buffet breakfast, a choice of undercooked pilaf, pasta, sausages, a salad of boiled carrots and mayonnaise, and a salad of vegetables. And for some reason, there were footprints everywhere on the walls of the room, some stains, streaks, well, as if this should not be visible, it should be cleaned. The toilet smells of sewage.

We recently went on a trip to Tbilisi with a group of 20 people and stayed at this hotel. When we were tired, we were greeted by very friendly people, manager Igor and his staff. They settled into rooms very quickly. The hotel is nice, new, everything is clean and tidy. The rooms are large, everything is available - a towel(3), slippers, boiling white bed linen, which was changed to clean after 3 days, TV, refrigerator. The bathroom is beautiful, clean, everything is shiny, there is everything for personal hygiene - gel, soap, toothpaste, brushes. Hearty breakfasts were provided in the morning. The hotel itself is 10 minutes from the city, buses run every 10 minutes. There is a restaurant nearby, the prices of which are very pleasing and significantly differ from prices in the city. There is also a supermarket and a shop nearby, everything you need is there. There was a warm and friendly attitude on the part of the service staff, if any questions arose, they were immediately, unconditionally resolved. We had a very good rest in this hotel, felt at home, it was quiet, comfortable, cozy. We are grateful to Manager Igor and his staff for their warm welcome and attention. I hope that we will stay at this hotel again on our next visit. Thank you.

The hotel has recently been renovated. The location is convenient for those who came to pick up a car (10 minutes from the traffic police in Rustavi). The breakfast is nutritious and delicious. The staff is very friendly, especially Igor (a Russian Georgian), who helped us with everything from a bus pass (by the way, there is a stop right next to the hotel) to photocopies of documents, help with charging our electric vehicles and an early breakfast! I had a hard time persuading my partner to try another hotel, and we were not disappointed. We got from the airport at night in 15-20 minutes for only 25 GEL. And you can have a delicious meal nearby at the Ortachala restaurant. The room is clean, but I would like a little stronger water pressure and there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom from the sewer, but it was aired during the night. The air conditioner is working well. We are 110% satisfied. Next time we'll stop here. Thank you 🤝

Someone's hair is everywhere, and it's like they don't clean the rooms. All bedding is synthetic. In the bathroom, everything is like everyone else's- high humidity, stinks of sewage a little. Again, dirt and hair... The remote works from the TV every other time, except for YouTube, don't watch anything much. The sound insulation is relatively weak. There are a lot of stairs: if you have a big and heavy suitcase and you don't have a strong man's arm, I sympathize... In general, it will do for one overnight stay, but no more.

The overall impression of the hotel is twofold, but definitely not four stars, as stated in the name. It looks good, but if you look closely, it's trash. Double room - do not turn around: my husband and I gave way to each other in the bathroom)) There is a kettle, but there is no way to get water into it (only with a shower head), there is a refrigerator in the cabinet, but it cannot be opened - the hinges from the cabinet door prevent it from being done (how did they put it there in the first place?) Suitcases are not convenient - there are high stairs at the entrance. On the plus side, it's nice, and the air conditioner is working. The cherry on the cake is sausages in a shell for breakfast!!!! - this is terrible!

We booked the hotel via trip com with bonuses in the form of early check-in and late check-out. On the day of departure, we were woken up at 12:30 and told that we had to check out before 12:00 (although we could have reported this earlier, not half an hour later) and that if we didn't leave immediately, we would have to pay extra. They shrugged off the fact of booking with a late check-in. Also, breakfast is not from 8:00, but from 9:00 to 11:00. Keep in mind that even if you arrive after 10:00, everything will be almost empty, the food is practically not updated, maybe you will get bread and a couple of pieces of sausage. Also, when choosing a deluxe room with a work desk and a king-size bed, we were accommodated in a room with two twin beds that were constantly moving apart. There was also no desktop. The air conditioner in cool mode was blowing very warm air. The room was quite stuffy, despite the cool weather. I didn't want to open the windows, because there was a road nearby and it was very noisy, but I had to. Expectation and reality don't match. I was guided by good reviews and an 8.0 rating, but I was disappointed. Of course, this is not the stated 4 stars, maybe not even 3. In general, you can live for 2 days. But it's better to look for another place, if time permits.

There were no batteries in the air conditioner remote control, I moved it from the TV remote control, turned it on once, and did not turn it on anymore.
