I am completely horrified and perplexed! They literally rip people's money off! The staff of the visa application center is not aware of the rules for filling out the application form, which are indicated on their own website! We came today with filled out questionnaires strictly according to the instructions of the site, where it is clearly written that when filling out the questionnaire in Russian, write names, surnames, addresses and names of institutions in English! They wrote and shish! The visa application center employee said that the application form should be completely in Russian. Okay, we paid GEL 45 for re-filling out the questionnaire. So it also turns out that the questionnaire number is not correct and they cannot find it on the site. It's like I took these numbers from the ceiling! Plus, I had all the screenshots from the site, where the number and instructions for filling out the questionnaire are clearly visible. In total, it came to pay under 400 GEL! And the funniest thing is 6 GEL for an SMS about the readiness of the document! 6 lari :D in general, even if you want to fill in everything correctly, do not try. And do not rely on the reliability of the site, in which the draft is supposed to be saved!(
