I would not like to repeat this experience again. The room is super small, not comfortable, and the furniture is falling apart, but we still haven't been able to open the mini-bar. There was a chance that everything was going to collapse. The room was very dark, and the bathroom was dark, and we didn't want to touch the furniture. The bathroom door opens directly into the toilet. The bathroom feels 1.5 meters by 1.5 meters, the sink is not comfortable, and there is no place to put your makeup bag. The Wi fi is disgusting The wall outlet by the bed wasn't working. The girl at the reception is wonderful! The design on the common floors is interesting and beautiful, and the courtyard is undeniably vibrant.

It's probably the first time I've seen such sour-faced staff over the years. At first it was unpleasant and they thought it was about us (the Russian Federation). But after 6 days of staying here, we saw such an unfriendly attitude towards all the guests. The rooms are nice, though tired. The breakfast food is approx. But the staff just crossed it all out. We're not coming back here, that's for sure.

CONS: 1) the rooms are designed in dark colors, the lighting of the rooms is provided by outlandish incandescent lamps that do not provide good lighting, dark tones also simply devour lumens, you are unaccustomed to looking for a black switch on a dark wall, shaving in the bathroom is a challenge, you need to look closely. 2) the wooden windows of the room overlook the bustling Tamara Chovelidze street. there are constant traffic jams on the street during the day and until 02:00-03:00, noise from vehicles, police sirens, ambulances, signals, direct currents of mufflers, a nightclub. the door also does not provide sound insulation, and all footsteps can be heard from the hallway, just like in a dormitory. if the neighbors are stomping from above, then you will also hear their footsteps because the floors are wooden. 3) WiFi is constantly floating and the speed is low, even working with email is stressful. 4) A gym for the mentally disabled - it would be better to put two barbells with squat racks and bench presses in the horizon and tilt. Conclusion: there is no sound insulation, a good bed that ensures a good sleep. Breakfast, the price of which is a maximum of $15.00, costs $25.00 per person, for this money in my homeland in the Kyrgyz Republic, I eat at least 4 times a full meal without showing off. In fact, it's a pretentious hotel, with good service, but not worth the money they ask for their rooms. I don't know what the noise level is in the rooms with windows facing the courtyard, but my room faces Chovelidze - hell Street, and my wife and I couldn't get enough sleep on any of the 5 nights. The designer of the interior color scheme and investors who have approved dark tones must live in the same "paradise" in their homes for the rest of their lives in order to "smoke". I don't have much time and places where I can be alone with my thoughts, and what bright thoughts can come to my mind in a dark bathroom?

I didn't like EVERYTHING: - barely warm water and weak pressure, it is impossible to take a shower - rude, unskilled staff (security guard, receptionist, receptionists, waiters - they were all unfriendly and negligent) - creepy light. Your eyes get tired, and you can't stay in the common areas or in the room. - BREAKFAST INCLUDES 1 COFFEE FROM THE COFFEE MACHINE!!! The rest of the drinks are for a surcharge or from the communal table. Chemical juices. 5 stars 🤪 - design is a subjective concept, but the hotel is so overloaded with details that I wanted to escape after an hour. This is my worst experience in Tbilisi among 4-5 star hotels. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT.

I don't know how this place has a disgusting attitude to Russians, we saw how we communicated with others. My husband and I spoke pure English all evening to at least have a proper meal. The dishes were brought quickly. But it's not worth the money at all, and 18% of the service fee is for sure. Tartar is just ground minced meat. I do not advise you to take it. The burger is delicious. The service is on the dump. There is a dangerous semi-darkness in the establishment, because of which I did not see the obstacle, fell and was seriously injured. I don't have local insurance, and the hotel refused to pay for even a basic X-ray, let alone compensation for moral damage. Because of this fall, I had a serious exacerbation of a chronic disease (NC). Now, instead of living a normal life, I have to spend huge amounts of money every day on a business class taxi just to get to the Loginov clinic for IVs, since I can't move around otherwise after an injury. They respond to my claims by replying that "all norms have been observed." Remember: in Rooms Tbilisi, no one cares about your safety and health. As soon as you get injured, they will simply "wash their hands", leaving you alone with huge bills for doctors and taxis.
