We are currently staying at this hotel. That's the case when you don't expect anything and it turns out great. That's honest. Each of us has vacationed in the resorts of Turkey and it is clear that the capital's hotel is not the right format. But this hotel has broken all the patterns. First and foremost is the attitude of the staff, absolutely everyone, towards the guests. Well done guys! The receptionists, the restaurant, everything, everything, everything. I am a very critical person, I have something to compare it with, I have been to many countries. Secondly, the location of the hotel. Opposite is the entrance to Gulhane Park. Topkapi Palace is a 10-minute walk away, as well as Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. There is a T1 tram stop next to the hotel, which will take you to Eminenyu piers and the funicular to Taksim Square. Thirdly, the hotel itself has large vacant rooms with French balconies and beautiful Ottoman-style furnishings. And on the 1st floor there is a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, hammam and sauna. A visit to the spa area is included in the package of services for the guests. Towels and slippers are provided free of charge, hats on the head are mandatory, but they are paid. We took the ones for the shower from the room. The room has cups for tea, coffee and wine glasses, a set of tea bags, coffee and coffee machine capsules. Two large closets with a safe, bathrobes, slippers. The bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, shower gel and body lotion. Daily replenishment of all used items. Good cleaning and steaming of bed linen. By the way, an employee came to the pool every evening and took water samples for analysis and checked the temperature of the water and air. But the most important thing is still the staff. They are very hospitable,polite, sympathetic, and respond immediately to requests. It's our baby's birthday today and at breakfast the hotel staff congratulated her with a cake with candles and sang a congratulatory song. Very nice! Just as a theater begins with a hanger, so exploring the city begins with a hotel. This hotel made this trip great! I understand that it's written on emotions and a little pretentious, but that's because I liked everything. Thanks!!!!! I forgot to write about breakfast. They're just really good for a city hotel. You can also order some dishes. For example, minimen or pancakes. Olives, olives, sliced cheeses, sausages,yoghurts, kaymak,fish, fruits, vegetables, herbs, juices, sweets and hot dishes - chicken,hash browns, sausages, stewed vegetables, potatoes, pasta, rice. The hotel really matches the reviews - a well-deserved 5 points. Lovers of luxury life don't worry, it won't come in. The location is excellent, a minute from the tram stop, 3 minutes from Gulhane Park and the Archaeological Museum. Accordingly, there are Topkaps nearby. The hotel is not new, but it is good. Nice rooms, clean and spacious enough. Everything is working, including plumbing, capsule coffee machine and air conditioning. There is a kettle. Good pillows and bed linen. Level service. There are adequate guys at the reception. High-quality cleaning. The breakfasts are varied - a buffet, including red fish, large olives, various cheeses, beaten eggs, lasagna and other familiar products. You can order shakshuka, omelet, waffles, pancakes, Turkish coffee, etc. separately. There is a free hammam, steam bath and sauna on the ground floor. They operate on the principle of self-service (come in, grab a towel, warm up, do everything yourself). I recommend the hotel. One of the possible disadvantages for our people is that the hotel staff does not speak Russian (I have not met any Russian-speaking staff).

I was in November, stayed for 3 days. The location is good: close to all the attractions within walking distance. The beautiful Gulhane Park is nearby, we always passed through it when we went to the hotel. Embankment, high-speed tram for visiting a pedestrian street with many branded shops. Breakfasts for all tastes: amazing cottage cheese with pepper, fried vegetables, fruits. There are friendly young people at the reception, there is a Russian-speaking Arslan, special thanks to him for solving all our requests. The rooms are clean, small, fresh towels every day, water, tea, coffee, sugar, kettle. Once again, I would like to mention the kitchen. I would like to thank all the hotel staff, If you stay at this hotel, you will be satisfied.

It's a small thing, but it's nice) Coffee and tea with mini desserts are free at the hotel from 14.00-16.00. I was pleasantly surprised by the small spa area with a swimming pool. Close to the tram stop. It is located on a street with restaurants, cafes and shops.

It's just my favorite hotel in Istanbul. The hotel staff has been working here for 10-20 years, and the guests return many times. This shows that the hotel management takes care of its people! The Ottoman style is expressed in the details of the interior, each room is decorated with a detailed replica of the shirts of the Ottoman sultans, it is a talisman and a work of art. Even the bathrobes in the rooms are Ottoman-style, they are very pleasant, thin and great for visiting the hammam. The hammam is clean, pleasant, and the pool is invigorating. Aesthetics in detail: from reception to giving a compliment to the room and a note from the hotel management with a photo of your maid;) Ideally located for exploring the city, it is impossible to get lost. Good sound insulation, plumbing, soft mattresses and pillows. I recommend the deluxe room category, not the simplest. The area is bigger and the view is better. Be sure to take it with breakfast, they are excellent: buffet + a dish to order.

But there are tram tracks nearby, if you are a light sleeper, then you should not choose it, it was fine for us. The transfer will also not arrive at the door, as the hotel only has trams. We stayed at the hotel in early February. The hotel has the best possible location! We checked in at 8 a.m. at no extra charge. The room was a triple deluxe. Yes, I'm a little tired, but everything is very clean. There was a small gift - Turkish sweets. Good hearty breakfasts at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful - they asked various questions, they helped and explained everything. The only thing is that the child had a doctor, but they didn't congratulate him in any way. Although we ordered flower delivery for the morning through the reception the day before. And the employee himself asked us to be at breakfast by 9.30 - he said that they would bring out a cake with a candle. We came, the flowers were taken away- but there was no cake)). It's not critical, but usually all the hotels where we stayed were congratulated. Otherwise, it is really a very nice, quiet hotel, which is very well located relative to the main attractions.

It's a beautiful hotel, decent breakfast, but the rooms are a bit small. The tram runs until 1:30 a.m., it may be uncomfortable for some. Since there are trams, the transfer stops at the side, you need to walk a little, but not critically. You have to go longer on excursions. I really liked the hotel. We had a rest from 21.03 to 29.03. Excellent service, very polite and pleasant staff. A clean, cozy room. We booked a Grand Suite, which is very comfortable for a family of four. The children were housed in a separate room. I liked the spa and the pool. The breakfasts are very tasty. Additional dishes are made on request (you can choose from the menu).

3 adults stayed at the hotel from February 1 to February 7. The hotel has exceeded all expectations. The grand suite is large, with two rooms, and there was a separate bed as an extra bed, which was crucial for us. Sooo comfortable mattresses and pillows, perfectly clean and soft linens, a huge double bed. Cleanliness, cleaning, everything for 5+, everything you need is in the room. The breakfasts at the hotel are excellent, you can additionally choose a dish from the menu (also for free), and tea, coffee, and cakes are also free at lunch. In the evening, you can relax at the spa and swim in the pool, all included in the room rate. The location of the hotel couldn't be better. There is a tram stop nearby, 5-7 minutes to the metro, 10-15 minutes walk from all the main attractions, as well as on foot you can easily and quickly get to the ferry. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I want to write a review about the wonderful Romance Hotel. The hotel is very conveniently located from the main attractions such as St. Sophia Cathedral, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace with Gulhane Park. They are a 5-minute walk away. 10 minutes to Galata Bridge and Suleymaniye Mosque. The staff is very attentive and helpful. The room is simply gorgeous in the Oriental style. It has everything.
