Unfortunately would not recommend this hotel because of below: Energy saving should not be at the cost of guest’s comfort; everything switches off if still for too long, including the air conditioning. (No air conditioning while sleeping) Very noisy harbour with constant alarms. Constant Wifi issues, even the staff gave up as there was no way to fix it. Poor room service; ordered coffee and didn’t receive without any explanation, had to cancel and request a refund. Order #260124-CHRFRN Spa very untidy and not clean. Hammam/ steam bath have a really bad smell. Sauna is simply too big and does not get hot enough. Lack of privacy and relaxation in spa area as people are filming video content. 27 Jan @ 12:30pm Breakfast is limited and with no buffet option. 26 Jan @ 9pm Double check nightly rates as the price provided by staff prior checkin may not be correct and the hotel takes no accountability for mistakes made by staff. Unnecessary delay/ reluctance in refunds owned by hotel. Majority of staff can’t communicate in English as specified. Had a reservation for two months, ended up staying only 3 nights as a result of the above issues. I much rather spend my time elsewhere where guests experiences are valued and quality is more valued than quantity.
