Excellent exchange rate, the second year I change only there (except for a small amount at the border). The exchange rate is good for exchanging Lari from both the Ruble and the Dollar.

The course is good, but the service is incredibly long. To exchange dollars, it was necessary to fill out a questionnaire with all the data including the address of residence and phone number (fortunately, you can write anything, no one checks anyway, but it takes a lot of time)
