In my case, he DIDN'T FULFILL his OBLIGATIONS, I didn't accept the job, and refused to redo it. He did not return the money, although the request was to return at least partially, he blacklisted it. I started working on the design of the website, then there had to be a layout. Personally, I couldn't make a design that would suit me. As I worked, I began to realize that this Yuri was a layout designer, not a designer. That is, the person took up the job knowing in advance that he would not be able to cope as a designer. I asked for an additional payment for additional blocks, I paid extra, but I couldn't make them. I did the design for him. Although the task was simple, copy the current design and add a few new blocks to make it aesthetically pleasing. His blocks were made ugly and in a hurry. Money is wasted. I accepted the money on the card, without an agreement.

I would like to express my gratitude to Yuri for creating the site. Before starting work, we talked through all the details and studied the competitors. I took into account all the preferences, made a selling site. Responds promptly in case of additions or changes to the site. The price tag is adequate. I contacted Yuri through word of mouth and entrusted him with the job. The expectations were fulfilled. I recommend it.
